Welcoming, friendly hosts. Very quiet, despite being on main highway, units set well back from road. Well appointed, warm and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Management were so lovely, the room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The location was great, easy to find, had mountain views and easy beach access. It was a great price.

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a family of 8. As soon as we arrived, the owners made us feel at home and were very welcoming. They made sure we had extra sheets and towels. I've stayed in Kaikoura before and the last place was pricey, missing this and that, and some things weren't working. Staying here made our trip to Kaikoura even better.

TV reception was terrible and confusing

Not enough power points in bedroom. No Seaview as stated when booked.

Access to the beach

Musty smell in the room, no lock on the bathroom door, a lot of noise from the road and a freight train during the night. WiFi voucher was useless as the named network couldn't be found.
