シティービューの部屋でも比較的展望が良く、部屋も広くて綺麗。海が近い。レストランは充実していないが、代わりに売店が充実。それほど高くはない。（安い韓国食品が充実、高いが日本のビール・スナック、カップ麺などもある） 10～15分歩くとスーパーや飲食店が何軒かある。

朝食は充実メニューですが、やはり高すぎる。また、昼・夜は韓国料理レストラン（味は良い）のみで選択肢がない。他のレストランは閉鎖されたようです。周辺もさほど店がある地区ではないため、バスを使わない場合、選択肢が限られる。

Location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach. Also close to the shopping street. We were upgraded to Partial ocean view room which is very nice.

Guam has a lot untied dogs and sometimes it scare my kid.

I was assisted at the front desk by a rude female staff member. I booked a room with breakfast, but was told it wasn't included, and ended up having to pay!

The breakfast was fantastic. I paid for it at the hotel ($23) instead of with my booking. The selection was very wide, the coffee and juice was great, everything had great flavor.

The mattress were all stiff as a board. I sleep on the aircraft carrier, where you feel each spring digging into your back and I would say these were both comparable. The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms definitely need some upgrades in quality. Not worth the $120 a night fee.

It's a shame this property is poorly managed. The rooms are comparable to Motel6. Very outdated. Upon entry to lobby it's almost deceiving because the lobby is grand. The minute I stepped off the elevator disappointment crept in. Once I saw the room, I wanted to check out and spend a little more $ for a better stay elsewhere.

I I like the fact that the restroom in the rooms are huge! The roof top pool is really nice as well.

The rooms dont have a microwave .The rooms only come with two towels, throughout our 3 day stay, we haven't seen a maid...so we were unable to request for new towels. The carpets are really stained and the toilet had a hard time flushing. The emergency siren thingy came on for everyone to evacuate the hote using the staircasel around 9 or 10:00 PM. Last but not least, we complained about how warm our room was getting and asked if we were able to transfer to a different room. The staff explained they were fully booked and a technician will be checking it. There was no prob found and we had to deal with being a bit warm.
