部屋が清潔感がありました。 食事場所、ビーチが近くで便利でした。

ホテルの周辺が改築中でした。タイルのがれきがそのまま残されていました。進入路が舗装されていないところがありデコボコな箇所がありました。

직원들 모두 친절했습니다 로비가 넓고 소파가 많아 택시 기다리기 편했습니다 주변에 abc마트, 버거킹, 라멘집, 태국음식집, 한국인이 운영히는 치킨집이 있어 식사 해결이 어렵지 않습니다 예약한 투어에서도 픽업 올 수 있어 편했습니다

위치가 번화가와는 거리가 조금 있습니다 도보 15분 정도 걸립니다 평지라 걷기 괜찮지만 해가 쨍쨍할 때는 조금 힘들었습니다

關島性價比最高的酒店，整潔度也是沒得說，酒店的泳池也非常大適合家庭出遊，距離海邊走路也是非常近，走路距離就可以到，而且附近很多很好吃的餐廳，每天換不同的吃都可以。

基本上沒有不滿意的地方，除了中間有兩天當地附近的網絡運營商出現了故障導致酒店Wifi不能使用以外。

I liked that the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was always cleaned so nicely whenever the cleaners would come by. They even helped us when we dropped sand in the room and it wasn’t the designated cleaning time. I liked the location a lot, very central to everything.

I wish there was hot water… as in you didn’t have to turn on the sink too to have maybe a 60% chance of getting hot water, maybe it was just our room though. I would have liked if the road was a bit nicer to the hotel as well.

入り口のあたりが、なぜあんなに瓦礫が積まれているかは謎… パッ見は廃墟風笑 前後の部屋が工事中なのかタオルが引き詰めてあったり、テープ貼られてたり。 でも泊まった部屋はとにかく綺麗だし広くて大満足。

Location is good, close to drinking and eating plus the beaches.

The shower is really bad. Whole bathroom floor gets soaked because of the half door thing plus the water only gets warm not hot. plus my wife is trying to take a shower 1st thing in the morning but, the hot water didn't work, she got really pissed off.

メイン通りへ出る道路が水たまりなどあり、少し不便

Simple but everything's there. Room was clean, wifi was stable, beds were comfortable, lighting was bright enough, charging sockets were usable... I had a good night sleep.

The shower stall had no door or curtain, so water may easily splash out. The shower knob handle in my room was broken but usable. Upon check-out, I informed the front desk to have it repaired, so hopefully this will be fixed.

主要観光地であるタモンへ、徒歩圏内である点。

水着など、濡れたものを干す場所があれば完璧でした。 お風呂場に少しだけ干すことは可能かもしれません。

Free very early check-in, again thank you coz you're really tired when you arrive from a night flight ! The staff is really friendly and the hotel and accommodation clean. Walking distance from beaches and restaurants.

日本語の話せるスタッフはいないので、英語が話せない人は困ると思います。 英語の話せる私の部屋の清掃はちゃんとてしてもらえましたが、英語の話せない姑の部屋はタオルを置いてもらえなかったり、アメニティの補充がなかったりしました。でもスタッフに頼めば全部持ってきてくれました。

Hotel Tano is in a great location and near convenience stores and restaurants. It's also easy to book a ride from the hotel.

The area was a bit sketchy and not well-lit, but for the price of our stay it was fine.

部屋が清潔だった ABCストア(コンビニ)が近い 冷房がめちゃくちゃ効いてる(効きすぎて寒い、効かせすぎないと湿気が篭るので冷房を効かせる)

夜間スタッフは手が足りてないこともある(ホテル内のコンビニで飲み物を買おうとしたが会計対応できるスタッフがずっと電話対応しており、20〜30分？ずいぶん待たされた)

酒店比较新。

酒店周边一片废墟，地上坑坑洼洼，路上积水，开车，走路都要小心。环境脏，乱，差。房间地上都是灰，翻新的装修粗糙简陋，卫生间设施不全，没地方挂毛巾，台盆下漏水。

ホテル自体は昔からあるようですが、内装が最近新しくなったようでとても綺麗でした！

エアコンが効きすぎていて寒かったです、、。

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there on our next visit. :)

FRONT DESK HELP WAS GREAT, THE COUNTER PEOPLE ANNE AND THE GENTLEMEN WORKING WITH ANNE AT 330 AM ON 14 SEPT , I FORGOT HIS NAME WERE FABULOUS, I GO EVERY FEW MONTHS TOO GUAM AND HAVE STAYED AT THE PROPERTIES THERE BUT THIS ONE THE NEW HOTEL TANO WAS THE BEST ONE YET. I WILL RETURN. THEY were very kind in allowing us to CHECK IN VERY EARLY WITH NO CHARGE, OUR FLIGHT ARRIVED AT 430 AM AFTER GETTING A RENTAL CAR WE ARRIVED AROUND 6AM EXHAUSTED FROM THE FLIGHT, THEY GAVE US A ROOM TO REST IN BEFORE TRANSFERRING US TO OUR DELUXE ROOM, NO CHARGE FOR ARLY ARRIVAL, REAL NICE, ALL HOTELS SHOULD DO THIS BUT THEY DO NOT, SHAME ON THEM AND HOORAY FOR TANO HOTEL. SOON WILL BE ADDING A RESTAURANT NEXT TO THE CHINESE BUFFETT IN SAME BUILDING, AND ALSO ADDING OTHER AMENITIES REMEMBER THIS HOTEL IS NEW AND JUST OPENED JUNE OF 2023, SO ITS NEW.BUT GREAT JOB BYE STAFF

Stayed at Hotel Tano for about a month, and the hotel was the perfect property for us while on remote work/vacation on Guam visiting family and friends over our kids summer break. The hotel had just completed their renovation and conversion to a newly renovated boutique hotel. We loved the modern design and concept of the property and of the Premier Suite we had stayed in. We also loved the view of Tumon Bay and It’s sunset from our suite. The property is also centrally located on Tumon, where we made the daily walk to Fujita beach which was about a 5 minute walk, and to the main Tumon shopping strip which was about a 10 minute walk. Staff were superb, as others mentioned on here. They welcomed us with the Hafa Adai spirit, they were attentive to our family’s needs during our stay, and at times a couple steps ahead in insuring we had a great stay. They sure made us feel like family. These individuals includes (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl, and Jamie) A couple specific individuals that made our stay extra special, were Oz and Misty. Oz Lobby Host, consistently greeted us as we departed the hotel to kick-off our day and welcomed us back in the evening as we returned back to the hotel from our fun filled day. Oz would also check in on us to insure we were having a great stay. Misty our room attendant, was consistent in servicing our room, and would consistently check in to see if we needed any additional room amenities during our stay. It was refreshing to come back from our day to a clean room. My kids also loved the care that Misty had put towards their stuff animals. Overall an AWESOME stay, and we are looking forward to staying again and will be recommending Hotel Tano to our stateside friends and family!

No breakfast, what you need is coffee in the room, and more instructions: T.V., Hot water,phone over all it was a good stay, price is kind of high.
