Nice view of the ocean and coastal strip. Shops within walking distance. Pool was great for the kids.

Tap washers needed replacing. Cupboard doors were off their hinges. Shouldn't have had to ask (and be charged) for extra towels for the pool.

Lovely staff, easy to access all amenities and comfortable all round.

No decaf coffee option in the room, but if that’s all I have to complain about they’re clearly doing something right!

Easy and fast checkin, easy and fast checkout, quiet nights, playgrounds near the apartment, walking distance to beach, heated splash and swimpool on site and a games room, plus a large tennis court and a small basketball court equipment right there to pick and use.

Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly.

In all honesty- it was a great place to stay. But we were extremely disappointed someone had parked in our allocated spot. All other bays were full so carting gear from where ever we could find a park outside the property was a real pain!!!!

As a result of the parking issue, we probably would not return

Gardens kept in great condition, pool and games room great for the kids. Rooms are good size and modern, No 80s pastels or blue and yellow curtains here (Not looking at you Gold Coast).
