Beautiful property, loved staying in the villa and waking each morning to a fabulous view of Rotorua Lake and Mokoia Island.

I cannot fault one single thing about this property. It definitely exceeding our expectations! The staff are simply superb and the accommodation and grounds are exceptional. You feel like a guest at someone’s home here. The food is excellent, they know quality and it’s wonderful to see the veggie garden is used so well. The views are spectacular and the location was perfect for us. I was happy to be a couple of kilometers out of the main town. I would return in a heartbeat.

The cottage was spectacular- the view was out of this world. Staff could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved our accommodation, the staff were friendly, great views and was fun to have the animals to look at. Our breakfast and dinner were lovely. The grounds are great to walk round. We will definitely be back.

House made bread was great service helpful and friendly

Breakfast at 40 a head was expensive however we did get some refund at check out.

Beautiful setting with spacious suites.

it would be nice if their was a turn down service and we could hear the neighbours upstairs moving around quite a bit.

We loved the cottage down by the lake. Very private comfortable with lovely views.

We parked our car by the cottage because the car park was,full. Quite difficult to back out.

It was just an amazing space for some time out together. Stunning outlook and a private space with a lovely piece of luxury

The originality of the building and its furniture! Loved the animals and the walk you can do!

Nice and quiet place to stay. The rooms were nice and heated on the cold days. The view was assume. I would stay there again.

Beautiful location/outlook. Spacious property. Underfloor heating ensuring property cosy and warm during cooler days. Quirky decor. Plentiful supply of towels and robes/slippers available for use. Safety gate located at the top of internal stairs.

Would have been helpful to know the floor plan and that the villa is 2 storey, especially when travelling with young children.

Room was gorgeous, bed super comfy, views incredible, hot tub on the deck wonderful.

Booking.com told us the breakfast was a buffet, which was inaccurate. Not too much of an issue, but worth correcting?
