Location to the mall and not much else
Heating is substandard, WiFi is terrible.

we enjoyed our stay and the closeness of the shopping mall and grocery shop. It was also conviently located close to restaurants where we enjoyed a very nice meal at a chinese restaurant within walking distance quite close by. the motel was clean and cofortable.

Lovely clean room and was warmed up for us when we arrived. Lovely staff too; they are super friendly and go out of their way!

Really clean, comfortable bed, excellent location. We didn’t arrive until late and the owner had the heatpump on already so the room was lovely and warm. Excellent communication.

Everything was perfect. So close to the mall and everything we wanted. Staff were exceptional and so friendly. great off street parking. The room was clean and very tidy. Also very quiet. Internet was exceptional.
We couldn't find a fault at all. Everything was to or more than what we expected. We would reccomend this motel to everyone.

Good sized room with very comfortable beds.
Only 2 chairs uncomfortable seats in the “sitting area” instead of a couch as per photos. Looked clean on arrival but as we had to move the bed to fit a bassinet for our baby it was very dirty under the bed and side table.

Exceptional value for money with an absolutely spotless unit. All the facilities that you would need presented to a high standard. Netflix was an added bonus. The host was friendly and very gracious when I was running about 20 mins late on checkout. Location opposite riccarton mall was perfect. I would definitely recommend and will stay again when I am next in Christchurch. Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable. We had 1 bed apartment which accommodated our son visiting us. Fab location. Owner/manager very helpful and good sense of humour😄
