Very near the station and the room was very clean and thoughtfully laid out with everything I needed, including an iron and hangers which quite often isn't the case!

Slight issue at first because there was no answer at the intercom on arrival at first. Also a bit of confusion because another place of the same name is on the same street.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was very close to all the amenities, a few minutes walk away from shops, restaurants, Lime Street and Central train stations.

Nothing not to like.

Fantastic location, good value for money, friendly staff. A great spot for central Liverpool.

Great position, at walking distance from the train station and the city center. Liverpool is not a cheap city when it comes to hotels, so the the room (with 3 beds) wasn't my dream room but ok for 2 nights. The bathroom had a big shower and everything we needed. After the checkout he host was quite kind accepting to keep our backpacks until we headed to the station to catch the train.

Excellent location. Close to both main rail stations and all City Centre commercial, entertainment, cultural and heritage facilities with great public transport access to those further away in the Wirral, North Cheshire and Lancashire.

Noisy generators in nearby restaurant outside my room.

The gentleman who checked us in was lovely, and happy to help. we booked very last minute due to unforeseen bad weather, and he was incredibly accommodating. He showed us directly to the room and also made us aware we could ask for anything at all.

Really helpful and friendly members of staff, always on hand to help. Bed was super comfortable, hotel was in a brilliant location and late checkout option!

Only thing was that the room was absolutely roasting hot, didn’t help that the weather outside was really warm too. Just wished there was a fan but other than this perfect!
