Venue was in town, close to everything. Food was good and bed was comfortable

Bathroom was a bit grotty.

Great location in Ballina with easy access to town services. Room was comfortable enough and certainly great value for money. Restaurant at the hotel, provided a good meal.

Rooms are above the bar, so there is a little night noise. This is to be expected though!

Bathrooms dirty. Went to use a mug in the room. Also dirty. Air con didn’t work.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were polite and responded to my questions well. The location.

Basin in room was not clean; note area around the plug hole. The mirror on the wall above the basin was too small and set too high. The communal bathroom was in need of refurbishment and the allowance of hot water ran out for all people staying in the hotel to have a shower. Other people slamming the door to their room to get it to close. A male travelling from the communal bathroom to his room wearing only a towel. Workmen on site very early in the morning as they were very noisy. No bedside light provided. No microwave provided. The floor in my room had not been vacuumed as there was a small amount of rubbish next to the bed on the floor. Having to carry luggage up an outside flight of stairs with no offer of assistance being given. As a female, having to enter through the beer garden not reception. I felt immediately uncomfortable due to the 3 men at the pool table focusing their gaze on me as I walked towards the bar to register my arrival.

Not even a hot shower

Comfortable beds, bathroom very clean, sink in the room, early check in, fridge and climate, close to the river, supermarket and restaurants.

Room had some dirt on the floor and in the sink. No soap in the bathroom. Very noisy too early in the morning due to cleaning and constructions work. Wifi didn't work.
