Parking was difficult. Our bed was quite small our room was very clean but lacked light.

Quirky and interesting

Very friendly host, very nice little introduction with map on what to visit in town. Beautifully decorated B&B.

The room was tiny, which we knew at the point of booking and would not be a problem for us. However, we got a windowless room (only a small colored glass window into the hallway) and the bed was rather small as well. This little space combined with no windows (facing outside) and the air turning stuffy over night gave us a feeling of being crammed and locked in even though we were holding the key in our hands.

Bathroom small. Shower small. No breakfast but this is built into the price which is reasonable for Kinsale.

Great place, so close to the town center by foot, yet a bit away to avoid any noise! This place has character, and is very nicely appointed - large room, small but functional bathroom and plenty of towels, everything so clean, and parking nearby (if the 4-spot parking area in front is full). Fridge in the room with milk, real ground coffee (yeh!) and tea, an electric kettle. Loved it! A gem!

Great location and nice decor! The owner greeted us and was so nice to circle all the places we needed to see on a map and gave us good restaurant suggestions.

The window shade on stained glass needed to be wider to block the light from the hallway better. The rooms are small so really only enough space for one piece of luggage if you want to move around easily. We had two pieces of luggage in our room and our children had three in their room so a bit cramped. Their room was bigger so 2 pieces of luggage would have been fine but they had three so tight space. Parking in front is hit or miss and we didn't get to park there during our stay. However, easy alleyway parking near the church so not bad especially compared to all the other places to sleep in town. Would have been nice if some kind of breakfast bread was left out on the main table. Sundays are especially hard to find any place to get food early morning. However, the apples were a nice addition!

The location was great! The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Nice to have a fridge in the room with some tea and hot chocolate for my child.

The bed was a little firmer than I’m used to, but I did sleep great so it didn’t really matter :)

Room a little small

Very clean & comfy. Beautiful teapot with teas & coffee’s in our room. Melissa was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Located just above the Main Street area so within walking distance of the shops and amazing food eateries. Hosts were very friendly and offered maps and information of the area.

Excellent welcome, lovely large comfy bed, nice room, sat outside one evening and Melissa surprised us with crackers and cheese to compliment our wine that we were enjoying!

The price of the double for single occupancy was a little costly compared with the price of the double rooms - the couples paid €45 per person, the single person paid €80

Very helpful and friendly owners. Melissa provided a lot of great dining suggestions and helped me in my effort to do family genealogy research in Kinsale . They were in the middle of major "off season" renovations during my stay that had no adverse effects on the quality of my time in January. Melissa made every effort to make my stay a very enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Great location as only 5 mins into town so super convenient . Nice to have the mini fridge with tea and coffee options. Hosts were really helpful with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit

Very friendly and helpful. Clean and warm room with a range of teas and coffee provided. Nice large, comfortable bed. Perfect for a night or two and only a short walk into town.

The room is a little small and parking is limited and tight.

There was a charm an quaintness about the property an it was warm on a wet chilly night.

Not for the infirm lots of steps,parking tricky. Please add a little subtle colour to the black an white theme.

Compact, cute & cosy! Fridge and lots of tea and coffee and even a couple of biscuits. Can not fault Melissa and James one tiny bit they were amazing hosts made us feel so welcome even letting us hang around way after check out before our flight… and LOVE your little pooch!🐶Would not hesitate to come back if ever back in Kinsale, thank you x

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The room was well stocked, but small. The host did everything to make sure our family was comfortable. James was a pleasure and very helpful.

The room was small which is to be expected. Enough for us to move around, but would be hard for a longer stay given the lack of a wardrobe.
