Cheap price
Very small room. Shared bathroom. It was quite noisy when other guests moved around their rooms. Couldn't shut the skylight blind or turn off the hallway light so quite a lot of light pollution in the room. Everything in the room needs a dusting and a new coat of paint. The room was so small you couldn't open the door without hitting the desk

Lovely room in a nice townhouse. Great location across from a nice cafe and shops. Nice and quiet. Clean. Lovely breakfast in the morning from staff who were always friendly and welcoming.
Best have a phone that works as you need to call to get access on first arrival.

Everybody was absolutely lovely, very friendly staff. Great value for money the breakfast was brilliant, was able to get cereal, eggs, toast croissants, and unlimited coffee. Brilliant location if you're planning a trip to Oxford, it is only six minutes away from the town centre by bus. The bus stop is 1 minutes walk from the property, costs only £2.

on a good bus route in to Oxford. Plenty of local groceries near by. Clean.
There are no staff. It said breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. The key was in a key safe outside & we had to get a code and that was it. Only two parking spaces for 9 rooms.

The room was really warm.
The room was too small, no like photos. The shower was flooding.

Room was light and windows opened, reasonably large. Bathroom was modern and fresh.
Breakfast was not very good. No bacon, sausage or veg option. Only hot food offered was eggs. Very limited toast and stale croissant.

The room was much smaller than I expected, the shared bathroom wasn't that clean, the water in the shower was incredibly hot.

Well situated in Summertown, easy to get downtown by bus. Included onsite parking onsite is a big plus! Breakfast good & sufficient (nothing special, but I didn’t test the available choice of eggs)
Well, you get what you pay for (tiny private basin, shared wc/shower). Price high but OK for Oxford I guess. Was on top 3rd floor (narrow stairs - I had no problem wouldn’t be good with large suitcases).

The welcome greeting was very friendly and helpful.
They left a fan in the room which was brilliant in the heatwave.
We were left alone as I think they owned at least 2 guesthouses so had our own front door key as well as room key.
The continental breakfast included was served next door by very friendly staff. Great fresh coffee.
Location was great - a 20 minute walk into the heart of Oxford and lots of shops on the way - an amazing coffee shop across the road and handy tesco, Sainsbury's and M&S too.
Very close to local restaurants so could have a drink and walk back.
We stayed 2 nights and no room service, beds remade, cleaned, bins emptied or coffee/toiletries topped up the next day which I've never come across before?

Poor communication about breakfast. Content was fine, just wasn't made clear ahead of time what it would be.

The welcome and all dealings with the staff and owner where brilliant. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The location was great, right near all the shops and restaurants in Summertown.
