Very clean, new, modern apartment.

Everything was brand new, the apartment was very well equipped and a great location. There are toys for the kids (we had apartment 2, ground floor), good kitchen equipment and it is all very modern and clean. Great location to visit Eisenach and the castle (walking distance), only a few minutes drive to the Drachenschlucht and half an hour drive from the UNESCO world heritage forest Hainich. Perfect place to stay (also with kids) for five days (or longer).

We had to pay in cash and the check-in time was quite restricted (between 15.30-18.00h).

This modern self-catering apartment is a good alternative to a hotel for a couple and up to 1 extra family member/friend. A modern kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom with comfortable, long (210 cm) double bed - good for tall guests! The sofa in the living room converts into a bed for 1. Location is excellent for guests wanting to visit the sights in Eisenach (home of Bach, Martin Luther and more) and there are bus routes to more distant towns, nature trails etc, so you do not need a car. However, as the apartment is located close to roads, there is some traffic noise when in the garden. The windows are soundproof, do you do not hear the traffic when inside the apartment.
