Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Im nahegelegenen Supermarkt kann man schnell Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs besorgen.

Das Hotel könnte an einigen Stellen mal wieder eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Der Parkplatz war sehr eng!

Loved everything about this stay. The hotel is from a different age, like all good hotels, and they make the best of it. I also loved the location a quick walk from the station. A tip if you come by public transport is to use the entrance from the car park, you save yourself the ridiculous, luxuriously carpeted staircase Another tip if you are in Eisenach; Do the Bach Haus.

Half the staff was not worth working at a 4 star hotel, not paying attention, unfriendly and cold. The rooms are small and heavily worn.

Beautiful older historic building. Our room was on the smaller side but was very comfortable. Beds were nice and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was decent size with tub/ shower combo. Breakfast was plentiful and in a lovely room. Location was perfect for sightseeing.
