Stunning views over Hobart, access to city 3kms and a very large and comfortable apartment. We walked the local streets to the Friday twilight food market at a nearby waterfront park. Supermarket nearby opposite the University.

We parked out on the road due to the short steep driveway that also had a kink in it and no turn around area. Limited cooking facilities- microwave, toaster and electric frypan. However we did manage to cook ourselves poached eggs on toast for breakfast before we left.

Steep driveway

Magnificent views of the Derwent River and the city of Hobart. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable and amenities were excellent.

The steep driveway was quite difficult to negotiate. Also there are a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

Location was great with amazing views of Hobart. Apartment had everything we needed including a challenging driveway to make it interesting. Very helpful and friendly hosts made the stay perfect. Happy to stay there again.

We had a very relaxing stay. The studio was very quiet and private with outstanding views. The studio made an excellent base for us to come and go from when exploring Hobart and the surrounding areas.

Steep driveway

Very cosy apartment with great heating and magnificent views.

The view is amazing and in a great location. We left our vehicle down on the street and felt very comfortable leaving it there. The bed was super comfortable - it would have come home with us if we could have gotten away with it :) The apartment itself had everything you could need to enjoy the stay. Welcoming Hosts and nothing was a problem were very approachable!

The only thing I could suggest is a little more lighting as you are leaving the apartment and going down the stairs as there didn't seem to be enough lighting to see the last few stairs. Returning to the apartment though there is plenty of lighting due to the motion detection scan coming on in that direction

The View is absolutely outstanding as is the size of the property - the rooms are spacious to the extreme, the view was exceptional, and although it only has a tiny Kitchenette it had a microwave and electric frying pan if you were the cooking kind. The owners were very accommodating, we arrived late and they put lights and heating on and left the keys in the door to make it easy for us. Excellent service. The wifi was good for work connections. Use of Netflix was the icing on the cake.

An easier driveway, would have been nice, but views like that don't come with flat driveways. We opted to park on the street and that worked out fine. Otherwise it had everything we needed.

the drive is very steep and if you leave the car on the road then walking up the drive is quite strenuous not suitable for older people . And for such a lovely spacious place the kitchette is very cramped .

It was very warm apartment in summer as it gets a lot of sun which is lovely but can be a little warm during the day

Driveway and parking are tight.

Great location, great ocean and Mountain view, great laundry service, large space of the living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Comfortable, clean and spacious with a beautiful view. We felt very relaxed and had a lot of privacy from the main house downstairs. A home away from home with a very usable kitchenette, a range of bathroom products.

Would be a challenging to explore Hobart without a car. The local shops in Sandy Bay are about 2.5km away.

Nothing not to like really, sink was a bit small, driveway a bit difficult but we would definitely love to stay again

Location great, the view was incredible from the appartment. Very private. Great central position. Warm and comfortable. And nicely decorated. We had access to a laundry (which was very useful) which we hadn’t had anywhere else. The hosts were lovely, checked with us that all was ok and whether we needed anything to improve our stay.

Clean apartment with good facilities and well set up for the needs of adults and families. Exceptional views of Sandy Bay and beyond, particularly at night.

Nothing we didn’t like. It is a steep driveway, so caution is advised when it’s wet, take it slowly walking up the driveway & rear steps. The elevation is well worth what greets you once inside, which is the wonderful panoramic view.

The view was spectacular and the hosts went out of their way to be helpful.

There was nothing to dislike.
