Excellent location in the heart of the old town on a bustling pedestrian street famous for its pinchos (tapas). We arrived at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and the place was full of lively chatter. At time of booking, I had asked for a quiet room as we were walking the Camino Frances and needed to sleep well. They gave us a room on the 4th floor facing the back and it was absolutely silent despite the noise out front. There is some sound heard through walls but that is normal for most hotels. It was the perfect location to explore the old town, the bull ring, Hemmingway's haunts and sample the delicious food of the area. Excellent value for money.

I love this place. The people are very nice and helpful. The rooms are perfect for the price you pay and the location is wonderful. The food is very good down in the bar and they are known for their martinis. I’ve stayed here many times and I will always come back if I am visiting Pamplona
There was nothing I did not like. Everything was good. I think if I could update two things, I would put handheld showerheads on, and I would put a plug next to the bed instead of the old style USB. But otherwise everything was perfect.

Easy online check-in and very secure with two key codes to get in. Location was excellent except when you had to walk from the car parking with a case! After that everything was within walking distance and the vibe in the street was great. But, from our apartment, you couldn’t hear the street noise!
No aircon, only a fan in the hottest heatwave of the year!

The room was extremely hot, and the AC was not working - it was absolutely impossible to sleep! The bathroom was not very clean and had several spots of humidity both on the ceiling and the floor (check pictures).

In the middle of Pamplona, good to reach on foot. Room was clean and has just been renovated.
In the Restaurant Mile of Pamplona, thus a bit loud till it quiets down during the night.

Large room considering it's right in the centre. Big bed, very clean and modern.
The window goes out into a tiny inner courtyard and that gives the room a claustrophobic, cavelike feel.

The location was great!
The blanket was too thin, so i had cold during the night. The heater was not working. The shower was tricky.

Maybe there could be some hairdryer in the room which could be helpful in wintertime. There were some constructions in the neighbourhood or in the hotel itself, so it was really loud in the night until midnight.
It would be great to have a little lamp in the room to read in the evening before going to bed.
When I came there first nobody knew about my reservation and the guy at the bar took my mobile phone to look at my privat WhatsApp if I received some message, even if I told him that I hadn't. The barmade finally resolved the problem being kind and friendly after that.

There was good security at the hostel with code locks at different parts from entrance to room.
The double room was a good size for a single traveler, quiet, and the bathroom didn't feel cramped.
There was a bidet in the bathroom.
There were plenty of charging sockets.
The room was warm and I slept well.
The bar tender was helpful and brought me up an extra blanket.
The chamber maid from Bulgaria was very helpful.
A bedside lamp would have been nice.
There is little exterior light and a lack of fresh air because Room no. 23 faces into an inner courtyard with a glass roof.
The room lacked charm when I first went in, but by my second night I got used to it and found it practical.

Location and the apartment were excellent, very clean. The place was comfy and it was next to restaurants and bus stations. Even it was January, it was warm inside.
The walls were very thin, you could listen to everyone next to your room. In addition, the bed was hard and noisy, you couldn't move in silent.

nice central location with a bar downstairs - you can have breakfast there in the mornings and then after a whole day of discovering Pamplona you can end the night with a few very good pinchos and a drink before going upstairs to sleep
our beds weren’t properly cleaned… several stains on the pillows and bedsheets

Value for money, location and facilities
The fact that they did not have a 24h reception and that we did not know in advance that they had an agreement with the parking company at the main square. Fortunately, we ended up parking there and we were told at the car park that we should talk to the hostel to see if they could manage the parking payment on our behalf and it was much cheaper than the original price (€9 off for a weekend).

Excellent location but very basic. For a week long business trip we ended up buying a kettle as nothing was provided at the room. I would happily spend a bit more to receive some basics (hair dryer, shampoos, kettle, glass etc) and stay somewhere else.

Good location in the old town, entrance through a bar.
Room smelt of cigarette smoke at times, possibly coming up from the downstairs bar.

The location was fantastic but not where we expected. We had to walk further a long. Good size room.
The check in had to be done online. We didn't have internet so didn't know we should expect to receive a WhatsApp message with details on how to check in. We had a long day on the Camino, then the difficulty trying to check in and communicate took the shine off our stay.
