You’re above a bar so may be annoyed by some noise, but that’s gone well before midnight as it is anyway. No real complaints at all

No tv in rooms. No shelves or hanging devices.

Everything was perfect, our room was newly renovated and very pleasant.

The historic pub is great, as are the pub staff. Bundanoon is a great town too.

The accommodation (NOT the Pub) was, in a word, poor. In particular: The shared bathroom was, worse than poor (no window blind, no shower curtain, no shower gel, unclean). The room had no window, there was no bedside lamp (ceiling lamp only), the carpet wasn't clean, bed and pillows very uncomfortable, the room was excessively hot (radiator was off), guests smoking directly below the accommodation and excessive noise from poorly fitted doors slamming. I have recently stayed in better hostels to be honest. The venue also overcharged the Booking.com fee and took the fee before we had stayed. Honestly cannot recommend this hotel for accommodation, very dissapointed. The night couldn't have ended soon enough, left as soon as we had packed up and dropped off the key.

Men’s showers no soap on tap , locks broken on doors. Don’t stay there when there’s a convention on won’t get any sleep.

Lovely looking old pub. Location was ok. One staff member was helpful. Dinner available on site. Just be aware of what is offered.

An old pub, renovated. No tv or tea making in room. No capacity to turn down heating which was over hot. I asked for ground floor no stairs…initially the staff were not aware of this. Car park totally not accessible …many stairs. I parked on the street. No breakfast available. No capacity for snack preparation in room.

Last minutes booking but we wish we didn't make the decision to book here. Our "nice and quiet" room that they booked for us was facing the train line, very noisy every time the train passed by. We had one drink in the bar downstair which was ok, we should have stayed there till 11 pm as it's noisy till then. There were glasses and mugs for drinks in the room, very sticky (stuck on the table) and not sure when they were washed last.... the reception was closed in the morning and the cleaning staff doesn't even say "good morning".

More staff needed in restaurant as they had a large number of bookings staff tried hard and were pleasant and nice but long waits for service at times and our group is very patient

It was a bit noisy in a front room would recommend asking for a room off the street as trains are very noisy. But overall great value for money and great meals.

Rooms were clean, and the staff were able to accomodate an extra person into the booking easily. The location is fabulous, and given the bar and restaurant downstairs the sound was not bad.

I understand how busy the bookings were, but we made a booking for four people in two rooms, that included two small children and the rooms were two floors away from one another, this made it quite tricky to manage our kids. There was a booklet in our room that mentioned a kids lounge with board games and netflix. this was incorrect as there was just the main guest lounge and no board games. The booklet also had a menu and advertised breakfast but when we enquired on the morning we were told this was no longer offered. So the info we had was incorrect and outdated and did affect our ability to engage with the hotel beyond the rooms.
