This is an absolutely beautiful period property with staff who care and go the extra mile to help you fully unwind and settle in. We were impressed with the hotel dining, the stunning interior design and the quality of treatments at the spa. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had! There are wonderful national park areas for walking nearby to top it off.

The only area we felt could be improved was the spa facilities, which need some repair and modernisation. We really wished we could get the sauna up to a high heat as we personally prefer it. This was a minor point in the scheme of a great overall visit though!

Excellent customer service and interior of property was well maintained.

No easy access to free to air channels; Curtains were too short and not blocking out the light in the room for a sleep in.

The Hotel was a very attractive hotel , set in beautiful gardens with a truly awesome view over the Morton National Park The interior of the hotel is furnished and decorated really beautifully

The swimming pool despite the assurances of the most pretentious front of house manager I have met in a long time. I had to ask her to look at the dirt in the swimming pool, to which she agreed. It was like meeting Basil Faulty all over again. Surely a guest doesn't have to tell the hotel management that the pool is dirty? The TV in the room didn't work - despite the help from the front desk The Breakfast was really bad with cold and tough bacon, and the dinner the previous evening with the Porchetta being almost inedible There was no shower caps available in the bathroom. When we asked the front desk for one, we were told "the hotel doesn't supply them now" but would go off and try and find one - 40 minutes later a cop was delivered to the room with the Hotel logo on the wrapper!?

A beautifully designed property serviced by friendly and attentive staff. The multiple dining options served delicious food and wine at all times of the day and the spa treatments are divine. A little slice of heaven in a very beautiful and quaint location. Can't wait to return!

A gloriously maintained property and garden tucked away in one of those picturesque tongue twistingly named southern highland villages - Bundanoon. Fabulous and attentive staff, both local and travelling … always fun to explore other peoples travels. Bedroom suite had all that we required and more - the shared balcony attractive but would have preferred more window/natural light in the room.

Wine list for single glasses too limited. Food in the restaurant a little fussy/little and limited - appreciating that this is not a big property and lovely to have the gift of two restaurants, just check the menus before settling on where to eat. Some translation difficulties with staff - and that should not distract from how kind and engaging the staff were.
