La vacanza al lago di Las Vegas scappa. Venti minuti dalla Strip di Las Vegas. Godetevi l'accesso al lago di kayak, paddle boarding, canottaggio. Il negozio di alimentari della stagione è a 5 minuti a piedi da questo splendido condominio. Ristoranti, wine bar e gelati per le tue papille gustative. Lake Las Vegas è una comunità di resort pianificata principale situata a pochi minuti dalla striscia di Las Vegas con un lago di 320 acri con oltre 20 miglia di costa. Due campi da golf; un corso privato Jack Nicklaus situato a South Shore è per i soci e il campo da golf a 18 buche di Reflection Bay se si trova a North Shore ed è anche un percorso progettato da Jack Nicklaus.
Oltre allo shopping sul lago di Las Vegas, il distretto nella vicina Green Valley si trova a 10 minuti di auto dal lago, così come The Galleria Mall. Excellent communication, extremely helpful when I forgot my clothes in the closet, prompt to repay us for one alarm battery as it went off in middle of night. Very trustworthy and gorgeous condo! Don’t hesitate to stay here or any other properties they have.

Such a beautiful property! It looks just like the photos. The host was wonderful and very attentive! Spectacular views from the balcony. The place was super clean and looked brand new as described. We will certainly be back when in town.

Badly in need of upgrading
Sink does not drain, missing light bulbs, broken patio lock, filthy carpet, mismatched and deficient in quantity flatware and dishes, misrepresentation of washer/dryer, furniture in advertisement missing, broken lamp shade, TV cabinet an accident waiting to happen., bed collapsed. The building was, I believe a hotel, built in 2006 and from appearance this unit is as it was in 2006, very tired. Would have left but were tied up outfitting new residence. Texted propery manager, no response.

Highly recommend
We loved this property. The location was great, an easy walk to several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchenette was functional. Several hikes and golf courses within minutes of the condo. The building was quiet and clean. Parking in early March was not a problem. Communication with the management was great.

Excellent winter getaway.
We escaped the frigate midwest for a week of relaxation in the desert. (February temps in WI were in the single digits, Nevada temps were in the upper 60’s and sunny.) Very comfortable condo that was not too far from the Las Vegas excitement, in a very quiet setting. Perfect!

Great area perfect location
Check and comunication was excellent room as described. If you plan on cooking bring everything you need. Market to get want you need within easy walking distances balcony views are beautiful. Would book again

. We both have walking disability so it was difficult to go all the way across the garage to do laundry and swim we would stay in the west next time bathroom light if you have a card of instruction laminated and just left in the bathroom needed the curtain Pole to be fixed to move the large curtain and the TV never worked for us and I'd like to send you the text that I had with David

We really enjoyed our stay but it was cold out and our heater did not seem to work. I contacted Raymond and let him know. It was during the holidays but we were not able to get this issue resolved. I would have liked someone to come out and fix it. We were able to find an extra blanket but it wasn't as pleasant as it could have been.

Loved the location, beautiful pool and hot tub area . Only downside was limited amount of parking space. Thoroughly enjoyed walking down to the villAge each morning to the French Cafe for warm croissants egg sandwiches and delicious coffe after a lovely 3 mile walk which looped the beautiful neighborhoods. The condo itself could definitely use an updating! Look forward to another stat in the area.
