Se stai cercando un condominio di lusso 1 camera da letto 1 bagno lussuoso, super pulito, recentemente rinnovato, non cercare oltre. Never stayed in this area of Las Vegas. Very unexpected resort experience. Beautiful surroundings walkable to excellent restaurants. Owner Joe is very responsive and helpful. Unit is perfectly stocked bed extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

, Nice little place, comfortable, just right for not being there much! Too hot to really enjoy the pool during the day, but we stayed cool in the apartment. Didn’t know there was an icemaker in the small fridge as we only used the big one so we bought ice! TV directions are not accurate with the Roku. Love that there was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, but I had to put it on the shelf above the toilet to see myself in it because I’m a tall girl! It was great having a bathtub and a shower. The deck was nice especially at night or in the late afternoon when the sun was not on it. Perfect to enjoy a good book, a drink and the view!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were well kept, and security was excellent. The condo buildings and the area around it are very upscale. The garage parking was a nice extra, since our visit was in the summer months.

My husband and I spent our vacation in Nevada and we loved this location. It was away from the strip and was quiet and beautiful. The property was very clean and the directions were specific. They even had a little welcoming sign when we arrived which was an unexpected personal touch! The lake was beautiful and there were hiking trails nearby. We enjoyed Boulder City, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead & Valley of Fire State Park. This is a great option for Las Vegas & southern Nevada if you don’t want to be on the strip.

This beautiful one bdrm rental property was all it was advertised to be. Spotless and beautiful inside with all the amenities needed. Very smartly decorated and an amazing view from the balcony and inside (big patio windows). The view alone was so calming and relaxing. We flew into Las Vegas but immediately drove to this lovely place for 2 nights at the start of a longer road trip. My husband happily played golf on the Reflections golf course attached to this condo resort.
The owners were nothing short of being constantly attentive to any questions I had and they left wonderfully detailed instructions for everything. This condo and the property it belonged to, were all in immaculate condition and just a special place, not far from Las Vegas amenities like restaurants or grocery stores etc but far enough that you felt totally removed from the Las Vegas busyness. All the furniture very comfortable and I loved the big soaker tub!! I would highly recommend this lovely place without any hesitation!

The condo was simply wonderful. It is exactly as described. The bed was comfy, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio relaxing. There were nice touches provided by the host that were greatly appreciated. Check-in/out instructions were clear. It was nice to walk across the bridge and visit the resort village.

This gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations. The view was excellent, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was appointed with amenities you would find in a nice hotel. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare light meals. Check in and out instructions were clear. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The condo and its location had everything we wanted for our stay in the Las Vegas area. The owner was awesome -- very friendly and professional! The condo was nicely furnished and offered views of the mountains, lake and pool. The underground parking was terrific, kept the car out of the sun and heat.
We found the location to be ideal for our activities, and fortunately we also got a break from the extreme temps so that we could enjoy more time outdoors. We rented bikes from the River Mountains Bike Shop just outside of the resort area. Excellent bikes and service! The bike trails and lanes are extensive and mostly in great condition. We liked the Wetlands Park north and south trails, which are just a few blocks from the condo. The resort area itself is also nice for a short bike ride. The highway to the resort area also takes you farther east along Lake Mead and to a kayaking launch point on the Colorado River, Willow Beach. A kayaking trip with Evolution Expeditions was terrific! Beautiful scenery and interesting stories. Driving into Vegas for a show was also very easy. We had carry-out pizza from Luna Rossa in the resort village and would definitely recommend. The resort village was somewhat quiet at the time of our visit, and that suited us just fine! We could certainly imagine spending more days in the area and having plenty to do. And we would happily stay in the condo again!

Joe is one of the better property owners I had contact with over the last 25 years (I am a VRBO fan). Joe works really hard to maintain his property and meet all his guest's needs. We loved the view after the early morning sun was over the building (thank you for the sun drapes) and the kitchenette meet all our needs for the week stay. You will not be disappointed.

The unit was very well-appointed all the way down to a candle for the balcony and we really couldn't think of anything missing. Communication was great and instructions were well thought out & well written. The welcome sign & basket were a great way to start our stay and we really enjoyed our time!

We enjoyed our time very much. My husband and I stayed for our 25th anniversary and were greeted by a personalized welcome sign and love bird folded towels. The property is well maintained, beautiful, and safe. You have a code for everything. It was clean and well stocked for us to have meals instead of going out. We enjoyed being away from the strip and close enough to go when we wanted. We felt very much at home.

This was absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Super clean, very comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Balcony was great with a view of the pool. Little small touches that were so appreciated, enough coffee provided for the entire week, beach towels with a beach bag, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the shampoo & conditioner was top quality.
It was great to be able to walk to the village over a bridge for a choice of many restaurants and seasons grocery store.
We often had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. The view was magnificent.
This is by far the nicest VRBO we've stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a quiet area in a good location. Such a nice change from staying on the strip The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the trails along the Las Vegas Wash all within a 10-15 minute drive on E. Galleria. Also fun to walk across the bridge over the lake to the shops. Only cons were the small balcony and difficulties using the remotes for satellite TV. Fortunately the host was very willing and able to help us with the TV. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was 5 stars legitimately! Really clean and comfortable. My husband and I have stayed at several rental properties, so we now notice the little things that make a place special. This condo had a wonderful view, and supplied coffee and filters, Kleenex, pump soaps at every sink, an extra large ice maker, easily followed instructions for the TV, and towels actually big enough to dry your body. For us, these are the things that make a nice place memorable.

The condo is exactly as pictured and advertised - great location with views looking over the pool and the lake. It's really quiet and comfortable. Nice, thoughtful touches throughout the condo, such as pool towels, personalized welcome with music playing on the TV when we arrived, instructions for everything, lists of restaurants and activities, etc. Our host checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would most certainly, and will, come back to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Lake Las Vegas property. Joe and Letty communicated everything before arrival and answered all questions. Everything was smooth from check in to checkout. The property has amazing views, is modern and clean, and has plenty of kitchen space and utensils….we appreciated the two refrigerators too. The king size bed is very comfortable, and we loved the shower as well…it had great water pressure which was greatly appreciated after many days of hiking in the area. This condo is a great location to base out of….we hit the Vegas Strip, Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, and Death Valley CA from this location. If it hadn’t rained our last day, we would have squeezed in a round of golf on the local golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. One more item, we also appreciated the indoor parking garage. The place was safe, quiet, and just an overall great place to stay for our 5-day trip to the Las Vegas area. We highly recommend this property!
