ユニバから近く、チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえ、チェックイン後の荷物を預かりサービスもあったので助かった。 部屋の前に氷のサービスがあり嬉しかった。 想像よりも部屋が広くとてもリッチな気分になれた！ ユニバに行くときはまた利用したい。

車で行きましたが、朝早くに到着でチェックイン前でも空きがあれば入れるとのことでとめられて良かったです。 24時間利用出来るスパもUSJでクタクタになった後のメンテナンスに最高でした。こどもも大人も大満足でした。

Close to Universal Studios, train, good restaurants and shopping.

Room overlooked the train line, so was a little bit noisy, but not too unbearable.

部屋のユニットバスが匂いがきつく 生乾きみたいな匂いがきつかった 共有のお風呂のマナーが2.3年まえからずっと通ってるが今回は海外の人が多いのはわかっていたが床はびしゃびしゃだし、ごみはいっぱい落ちているし、清掃されてるのか不安になった お風呂にもなんかいろんなものが浮いていたのですこし嫌だった 旅行のたびにここのホテルを使っていたのでなんかショックでした

Everything is expected. Very close to USJ, and the shopping street is very convenient. The roof top bath is 'excellent'

The room was good overall. I liked how the hotel provided pajamas for their guests during their stay. I also liked the convenience to the train station and to Universal Studios.

The room, although clean, was a bit small. The restaurant food could use improvement. And the laundry room has only 6 washer/dryer units... they need to add a few more units.

I think they don’t sell this well enough when they say it’s near universal studios. Your literally staying right if the metro in Universal City walk. You can just walk to Universal 2-3 minutes only because your walking through City walk. The corner view twin room with the view of hogwarts castle was great. I’m said our king delux room did not have a view of Hogwarts. However, the two king rooms we had did have great views of the river. Wish they let us upload multiple photos. There are multiple Lawson’s, 7 Elevens, Ramen, Bubba Gump Shrimp, Wolfgang Pizza, Universal Mario and other stores, and other Universal Studios City walk restaurants right outside less than 1-2 minute walk.

The king bed was two twin beds pushed together.
