The location is very nice, close enough to shops and the sea. The apartment was very nicely furnished and clean with all needed equipment.

The fact that it is on the third floor (European counting) without a lift was known but if you really search for a bad point for this appartement that would be it. On the other hand the stairs are not bad.

Comfortable, clean and nicely furbished appartment on a top location near beach (2 min) and small stores (2-5 min) and a great children's playground (2 min). We stayed 4 days and had all we needed.

If there is any unfortunate thing it would be the missing elevator and stairs are quite narrow. Not a problem for us but it's good to know up front.

spacious, bright, clean and well equipped apartment. Lovely place to stay. worked great for a family with 2 children. 3 floors high indeed, but easy stairs. smell which is discussed in all previous reviews in the staircase & entrance hall was there, but belonged to the place. no big deal and brought back childhood memories.

only a few tiny minors: a bit more storage room in the kitchen would come in handy. drying rack on terrace was in need of replacement, but it could be the salty air which makes things go rusty quicker.
