the location was great and the beach was beautiful

Our villa was perfectly located on Bavaro beach, with sea view. It was very comfortable and clean. The complex is beautiful and very green and there is 24 hours security. There is a small mini market inside the complex and a bigger one, just a few steps outside. The little restaurant in front on the beach was really good. Anna the host fas very helpful all the time, she arranged a free pickup for us from the airport. I recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a calm holiday out of the big resorts.

not directly related to the villa where we stayed, but perhaps worth mentioning: - it is not very transparent from the description/photos/map (also typical to some other 'resorts' in Los Corales area) that they are not standalone resorts, but renting out different accommodations scattered around the place - would be nice to have access to a clean pool, there are some pools nearby which you may access but they don't look quite hygienic

The ocean VIEW, towels and sunbeds are inluded. These are convinient 2 level appartments which placed in a relatively good area (Bavaro). Relatively means its Best in DR.=) 2 badrooms for 2 sleeping room + hall and 2 resting place upstair. The Ideal option for spreading family amonf house when you take rest. The personal is very responsive and want you to take rest!

the facility is located right next to the beach, unfortunately it was not a separate villa, but a ground floor in a 2-story building. standard approx. very nice and helpful owner

it was not possible to use the pool

The property was within walking distance to the beach, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, good layout, plenty of storage and kitchen has everything you might need if you are into cooking

Hard to find based on the address, host has good communication but if you don’t have WiFi, you are not going to get the messages, directions. Booked for 2 days, AC was not working and the apt was at least 100 degrees F. Host spent practically the entire next day to get a solution, which by that time I had enough and just wanted to leave, limited parking for this unit and is a bit far for from the entrance. You also have to pay for electricity, maybe I overlooked but did not see that anywhere. Bottom line, if could be a good place but the fact they don’t check the unit before renting or having someone rent without AC just killed the experience. It became a hassle, plenty of other choices around the same area at the same price or cheaper. I don’t recommend.

It was a short walk to the beach. Also a short walk to restaurants and grocery store.

The villa was really clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. I would be willing to go back there 100% recommended. Is an excellent option for families with a beautiful beach a few steps away.

Not really a complain but the property Is actually located in the corales so you’ll have to contact them when you arrive to the main gate to get access. You have to pay for the electricity separately but the prices are not outrageous.

I like thw home even though it didnt loom like the one i choosed it was comfortable.

That it shows a pool but it didnt came with a pool if you want a pool you need to choose pool view.
