The location is very good, close to the beach and shops. Every time I stay with Elena studio I feel like I am back home. I stayed here for about 5 times. The staff Katharina and Georgia are amazing hard working and give excellent service. For me both of them are like apart of my family.

I would call the breakfast in the Two Brothers next door, worth about 4€, a parody of a breakfast. You don't eat caviar at home, but this was a mockery. Really a disgrace. Accommodation recommended breakfast absolutely not.

Staff, location, nice pool, good breakfast only for 4€, the room was cleaned every day, had everything necessary in the room.

A really nice low-cost possibility. Nice staff, we asked for later check-out and it was no problem at all. Our room was nice decorated. Even a "microkitchen" is available in the room. The breakfast was not a super one, but for the price was decent, definitely acceptable. And the best - two swimming pools in the backyard, one to swim and one small for kids.

The room was really small and I have never seen smaller bathrom. Aircondition for extra money (that was ridiculous!)

The interiors are in good taste. Everything looked good and fairly new.

Awful sleep quality. Cheap mattress not suited for hotel use. Thin and worn-out. I could feel the springs poking all over. I left with a back ache that's not going away. Full disclosure, I'm overweight but also my 11 years old son complained about the bed and pillows - - if those can be called pillows. The AC was noisy to the extent that I preferred the airport noise and slept with the balcony door open (on a ground floor room). As usual in Greece, the AC unit is located strategically over the bed (kid's bed this time) so you choose the comfort of a healthy child and endure the heat wave and airplane taking off noises. Do not check the images on their site, they are from different rooms. Speaking of them, can't say the place doesn't look like in the images or they are faked but I was shocked about room size when I first entered. Congrats to the photographer. I should have checked the dimensions... Lesson learned! The kitchenette is in fact a micro kitchenette. The size of a kitchen sink with a plate dryer area. In the top cupboard one could find some glasses, plates and two cups. On a shelf there is a big pot on an electric plate. There was a kettle but no coffee maker. Not even a small pot, we had to buy one. The frige was OK. Clean and efficient, unfortunately not able to froze the gell packs. Had no ice-cream sign on it so no surprize there. Overall we did not need much from the kitchenette, just a place to boil some eggs or hotdogs, a place were one could prepare a limited breakfast. Hardly possible. One time we put on the pot to boil some eggs... After 90 minutes at maximum heat the water was not looking like it will get to the boiling temperature so I've aborted the operation :) I saw some mentions about the hospitality of the owners... What hospitality? One evening the guy at the reception did not even responded to our 'Kalispera'... He was so absorbed in his phone or small TV under the counter.

Spot clean, nice location. Katerina was very kind and helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing and the pool was great too. Highly recommended.

The hotel sits in a very nice location, just behind the main Kalamaki road, making it a quiet place, away from the noise of the restaurants and bars. But it is also near enough that almost everything is in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there is just nothing else to add because we didn't have any problem during our stay.

A few things could use some improvement: the AC in our room was very noisy and at night it's unnerving for people with lighter sleep. Short beds are short. I'm 180cm tall and my feet were dangling from the end of the bed.

Everything was clean and tidy. Air-con working. as well anti burglary door to the terrace so it kept room fresh. Room was cleaned and bed made up daily. All was spotless clean. Tv, kitchen with cooker, fridge and kettle and set of plates, mugs and glasses plus cutlery. Thanks Katarina and team
