3rd time renting this unit. Generally everything was great, aside from a few glitches rthat were easily resolved but host. Would love to see a few of the area rugs cleaned, but will go back.

Great location and ocean view and access. Large condo, updated, well-supplied, and many bonuses. The property manager is kind and very responsive.

Our family had a great time. The facility was clean, up to date and the views were incredible. Would be happy to revisit at a later date.

As advertised and John our host made things easy. A wonderful condo and location. Need to get the elevator fixed though. Will stay here again.

Love this place! I've stayed at 3 different condos in this building and this one was my favorite! Had everything we needed. Loved the decor. And you can't beat the location - close to beach, stores, restaurants.

Great place. Place was clean and had everything you needed. Right on beach with beautiful views. Walk to restaurants and bars. Only problem was elevator was not working most of our stay. Was not a problem for us but if you have physical limitations maybe a problem. Condo was on second floor. Overall highly recommend.

Gorgeous property! Picture perfect view. We had an incredibly relaxing vacation. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds very comfortable. The decor and furniture are amazing. I will definitely come back.

This was our first time renting a condo outside Wild Dunes and in the heart of IOP. The 1140Ocean complex is located directly across from the town shops and IOP Pizza. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the convenient location - near the grocery store and just over the IOP Connector. The beach is wonderfully wide at low tide. It is still wide enought to sit out at high tide. We rented chairs/umbrella during the day. Thankfully, this condo had extra beach chairs to use after 5:30pm (when the rental chairs/umbrellas are collected). The condo is spacious (wider than expected) with its comfortable 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The oceanfront patio is a plus. This is exactly the type of rental property our family enjoys. The unit has been renovated in the relatively recent past. It has a current, soft aesthetic which makes it mentally relaxing. The kitchen is pretty well stocked as rentals go. It's a nice touch that they allow you to leave lightly used pantry items behind so that future renters can continue using basic items. The property manager communicated with us very responsively throughout the process of renting. We had one maintenance issue pop up upon arrrival. The property manager and handyman were quick and professional in managing the issue on Monday. We would definitely rent here again.

Garbage disposal was broken, we were told not to use. There is only the one sink in the kitchen so as the water went down whatever was stuck down there clogged up and smelled awful. We were told it could be repaired if necessity.I had to plunge it multiple times throughout the week as it clogged the whole sink system. Pool was pretty gross daily, not cleaned regularly. Chairs and beach supplies were rusted and dated, king bed very firm and older style mattress. Out dated amenities. Overall not worth the price. Issues throughout the stay with noise control, parking/towing. Disappointing experience.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We will definitely be back! Plenty of room and beautiful place. The balcony gave us front row seats to the firework show and just gorgeous views of the ocean. The property was very clean and had everything we needed plus more.

The condo was everything we hoped for: clean, well supplied with cooking equipment, fantastic location, and the best balcony overlooking the ocean! We enjoyed the proximity to Charleston for the historic tours we did, and Acme Lowcountry Kitchen was amazing. The king bed in the main suite was a little hard for our taste; a foam topper similar to the one on the queen bed would solve that problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Condo was clean, which is a bigge for me. Location great! Only suggestion would be to replace the frying pans and pots. Very worn out! And leave a few extra dish towels. Other wise it was a good enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property! It is within walking distance of many restaurants and great access to the beach. This condo is as beautiful as advertised. We had a great weekend.

Unit has great views of the ocean and large balcony. 2 master suites with an option of a 3rd (3rd bath, 3rd bedroom and hallway are attach so if you lock the bath door to the hallway it can become another suite)

Great location, 2nd year renting property. All in a great experience, the only complaint- the internet is spotty. Had a bit of difficulty streaming at times and it was slow especially if more than one person needed it for work.

Beautiful condo, outstanding ocean view, great restaurants, many amazing walks on the beach and shell collecting!

The property had all amenities and looks like it was recently updated. Everything in good shape. The couch is starting to show some wear. Listing was accurate and it was the best view. Property manager was extremely responsive. Will enjoy this place again.

We had a great stay, the location was perfect, the restaurants are right next door, and the view from the balcony couldn’t have been any better. You can watch the sunrise right from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again. And, Woody Harrelson and Laura Linney were filming when we were there.

The overall experience renting this property was excellent, we would rent it again.

We had a perfectly relaxing week on the beach. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom is such a plus! When not on the beach, we spent quite a bit of time on the back deck which looks right out onto the ocean. Excellent restaurants within walking distance though Home Team BBQ is very worth the trip to Sullivan’s Island.

This place was great for a family to stay. We will definitely be back.

We will be renting it again. The property and its manager were excellent. Great stay for four friends of 42 years!
