The pool and cleanliness

Not enough towels in pool area. Staff didn’t speak much either.

Nice room, competent and friendly staff.

The continental breakfast was substandard and on our last morning was unavailable. We were told the staff person who was responsible did not show up. No effort to offer an alternative was made. As this was included in the price of our stay, we were shocked no effort was made to offer a refund or credit.

The bathroom is so well lit, and the access is great. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the staff were attentive to our needs.

The breakfast was adequate. Everything is pre-cooked and processed. There is fresh fruit, which is a plus and the coffee was good. A warm cereal option would be nice.

From check in to check out it was a horrible experience. The room and bathroom did not feel clean. Had to request to get our rooms cleaned daily.

Everything! Overall it was perfect. The beds were comfy, the natural light was perfect and the shades pulled made it super dark. The mini fridge is hidden in a dresser, it was really nice. The breakfast was really good, my 10yo & 3yo were pleased!

Kept running out of breakfast. Sunday people, actually went behind curtain to get condiments went up front to tell them 😑 lady said someone is back there Guy came and filled plates and stuff

Convenient location. near mall, restaurants and highway. Friendly, helpful staff.

The facilities listed included a market and bar inside the hotel - I was looking forward to winding down on an evening in the hotel without having to go elsewhere. There is a bar but it isn’t open. The market was very poorly stocked, with mostly empty shelves. The description on the website needs to be changed. Possibly short staffed. I had to ask for toilet paper, towels and trash bags. 5 hrs later housekeeping still had not been. When I told the Receptionist who came on later shift, he was very apologetic and brought the items. The restaurant was nice and complimentary breakfast was good with a reasonable variety so something for everyone. Surprised that paper plates and flimsy plastic forks etc were used - again maybe a staffing issue?

jacuzzi had too much chlorine burning my eyes they also wouldn't let us extend our stay because we use booking.com I've never heard of that before so we had to make another reservation and pay another deposit
