Three days complete lack of WiFi. Breakfast egg patties and bananas were terrible. Worker in charge of breakfas was just nice to the people she slcted.

The room was not well maintained. The floor was sticky and dirty. The walls were dirty with food and other products left by other customers. Two electrical outlets were not working. There was only one light working which made the room very dark. The desk light didn't work. The shower door would not close and stay closed. This made a terrible mess whenever anyone showered. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The Hampton Inn has gone downhill, and lowered their high standards. I won't stay at another one.

This is a more updated property, but it seems to get a lot of use and is a bit beat up. Heavily stained front entry carpets, broken toilet paper holder, chipped bathroom waste basket. Nothing major, and it is obvious the cleaning staff works super hard. Our room was clean, bathroom was clean, and the sheets were all very fresh. The breakfast was well stocked and our children enjoyed it.

Pretty nice property. 6 miles away from the best public laundromat! The hotel cleaning staff was short hannded so we went to do our laundry. They called when the room was ready. Little mall with a Panera right across the street hidden by trees. Loved that there was no carpet in the room & free parking at hotel

Hotel room was not clean one pillow case had make up on it another had a stain, bathroom floor also needed to be cleaned better. Hotel was convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Couple issues the AC was not working properly not able to adjust the temperature efficiently. No lotion in the dispenser 😔

My stay was very good. The hotel was clean and the breakfast bar was small but overall pretty good. The front desk staff was very friendly

The electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work, the shower leaks, 2 lights didn’t work (maybe just bulbs), the lock on the door worked sporadically (the cleaning staff reported it for repairs), the carpet could use a shampoo as well as couch and upholstered chairs/pillows.

The staff, and the Hotel was great.
We did have an issue with Housekeeping though.
We were there for nine days, and only got our bed changed on the seventh day.
I had to request service on Friday, was promised it on Saturday. Did not get housekeeping on Saturday, OR Sunday. I had to go to the lobby desk, and request again for Monday.
We also had to request towel service almost daily.
All in all, I’m really sorry that we paid $171 per night.
I don’t feel we got our money’s worth.

There were broken outlets and the shower had a strip of metal coming off the front where there was mold visibly under it. It just seemed like these would be easy fixes. There was also a cleaning rag that was left on the floor that looked forgotten by the house-keeping crew. Visible stain on the carpet. Kind of gave me me an icky feeling.

This property was amazing! It has a pool and jacuzzi tub! It has hot breakfast and was clean and very quiet. The freeway noise was tuned out after I instantly fell asleep! I loved it and will book again!

I selected this place because it is close to the freeway, then realized a problem too late - the noise from the big trucks on I-96 at night could really mess up a much needed sleep.

Customer service was good but it was just too many people on the weekend in the pool area needs to work on the rules for the pool area

I did not like that they did not clean the room. They informed us that they only clean the room every other day. You had to go to the front desk to pick up your towels and ask them to come and remove the trash. They said this was part of their policy since Covid. Someone name Brittany sent a survey to fill out but never followed up. I was very disappointed and I am thinking about not renewing my membership with Hilton.

Pool had to be drained after the first night because watwr was very dirty. First room we got was not cleaned and smelled like Marijuana

Property looks clean overall. I would expect the maintenance team to pay closer attention to the rooms. A light bulb in our room might have been out for months, just the bathroom fan was not working as well.
Price was competitive and moderate. Will stay their again possibly.
