Maintenance responded quickly to resolve one of our issues.

There were no wash clothes. it was only one towel to dry. Two floor mats for the bathroom but one was to be used as a dry towel. the hot water was cold and you had to let it run for several minutes (30 minutes or more) to get hot. The TV and light switch were controlled by the same outlet. So when you turned the light out the TV went off. Maintenance did respond quickly to fix this issue. The AC did not keep the room as cool as we would have liked. You could tell they were renovating and still had a lot to do (I hope). No it wasn't the best stay but we left with lots of jokes and laughs about our experience.

Bathroom was full of paint the tolet bowl was loose the water was cold there was heavy dirt all over the room sheets were not washed

I was scammed by bo authorized retailer..

My refund back for a none authorized retailer on my account .

The toilets had poop in it the bed had a big pee stain on it there was roaches in the suite

They had bedbugs No microwave in room The service was horrible and I only stayed one night after getting bit so much

I didn’t like anything at all. Especially my wife and I getting ate up by bedbugs and they said it was non refundable the next morning so we just left and went to casa Bella in they are awesome there. Please don’t book

Room was large and clean

Location was good and close to highway. But I'm not a city person and getting to local businesses was a nerve wracking experience.
