It was very dirty and not well kept.

I did not like anything about this hotel it was awful

It is utterly ridiculous for you all to be renting out this hotel. It is filthy and absolutely disgusting. I have stayed here in the past and it was a little sketchy then but right now it is horrible. When your children don’t want to get into the shower because the bathroom is filthy and disgusting! Wish I could have found a better place to stay this weekend but everything was all sold out in the area. Shut this place down until you can get it together. It’s not fair the rates that you charge for such poor quality.

Room was better than expected. The staff were SO friendly! The room was clear, had nice accommodations. They even leave a couple of water bottles which I really needed after traveling. Nice little touches.

The hall and rooms are pretty echoey so I was woken very early by other guests checking out, water running. etc. But all in all, it's a very nice hotel and the staff were SO friendly and wonderful.

Close to everything

The pool was nice.

My children found a fecal smeared enema on the bathroom counter next to the toilet paper while I was enjoying some time at the pool after a long drive. The staff not once apologized, and when I asked someone to retrieve it and clean, it took almost 40 minutes for someone to show up. When he did he was only carrying towels. He tried to walk off after handing them to me when I had to ask him to retrieve the enema. He didn’t even clean the area like I asked.

The lobby bathrooms toilets were all clogs or has poop and lots of toilet paper in them. It stunk like a porter potty. Regret not taking a picture of it. I was too disgusted.

Overall, the location is awesome, and it definitely helps that Ruby Tuesdays is connected to the hotel. I also appreciate the nice breakfast, too!

The Rooms are so dark. Very poor lighting!

Did not like restaurant choices nearby. Possible a different part of town might be better.

I had to contact the front desk due to loud neighbors and they immediately responded.

The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable

I didn’t like the cleanness or the fact there was no security cameras. The amount of people allowed to sit outside in there cars all hours of the night with no lighting

Flooring could use a good cleaning. Breakfast opened too late around 9:00.

The location, easy to find.

The interior was less than desirable. The pictures on the internet were deceiving and obviously photo shopped. I WILL NOT book again with this hotel chain. The floor of our room and the elevator were visibility dirty. Needless to say I did even bother to eat the breakfast. So there you have it, I learned my lesson never again especially at $200/night!!!
