Location was unbeatable and incredibly spacious. All basic amenities were provided. It was exceptionally clean from the house, surfaces, linens, & bathroom. There were multiple seating areas which made the space comfortable to share with friends.

We loved everything & would stay here again. The hosts were incredibly accommodating.

Very spacious. Great location on the Royal Mile. Beds were comfy.

Another bathroom/shower room would have been useful. Also a few basic groceries would have been good such as tea, milk, butter, jam, bread, cereal & some shortbread. I brought all this with me thankfully.

super clean appartement, spacious and perfectly equipped. triple A location, and the beds are as comfortable as you can wish for. highly recommendable!

what a beautiful apartment with a stunning view

the Wi-Fi was hard to connect but the owner helped us

Location excellent and the apartment is quite big with a proper kitchen.

Bathroom was in a poor condition and the bathtub did not work properly (drain did not work properly) - the renovation done there was not up to par. The windows towards the street were really dirty, which was a pity given the view is excellent.

The noise into the early hours due to the Fringe, no fault of the owners I must add.

We had to arrange to meet up to get the key - since we were driving in from Inverness, and had to return the rental and walk to apartment, we were not exactly sure what time we would arrive. When we got the the appointed place, it was CLOSED! So for a minute or two we were anxious - but I called, and he came right to the door. Then it was easy!

I would have preferred to be able to get the key directly from the building - there was a security officer - at times - and that would have been less convoluted. Or if there was a drop box or code.

the bath plug did not work so the bath didn’t drain properly, just very slowly

no breakfast provided

We needed more towels and there were no towels in the kitchen to dry the dishes with.

Flat had everything you needed. Ideal location for station, pubs, castle & restaurants

Very light in bedroom when curtains closed. Could maybe do with a blackout blind
