Lussuoso appartamento all'ultimo piano con splendida vista sul mare che può ospitare 6. L'appartamento ha un balcone privato esposto a sud. Di fronte alla spiaggia con una buona selezione di bar e ristoranti a pochi passi! L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort necessari se hai voglia di rilassarti al chiuso ammirando le viste panoramiche sul mare e sull'estuario, che sono davvero mozzafiato! La cucina e entrambe le camere hanno vista sul porto turistico! Vicino ai mezzi pubblici ea 10 minuti a piedi dalla città.
Questo appartamento è davvero fantastico con spazio abitativo aperto e vista mozzafiato! Una camera doppia e una doppia, comodo divano letto nel soggiorno. Può ospitare fino a 6 persone in totale.
La sala è dotata di un ampio divano ad angolo, ideale per sedersi e ammirare le viste sull'oceano.
La cucina è abbastanza grande da soddisfare facilmente tutti gli ospiti ed è completamente attrezzata con forno, frigorifero / congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice, forno a microonde, bollitore ecc.
C'è anche un ferro da stiro nell'armadio di aerazione.
Forniamo tutta la biancheria compresa la biancheria da letto e da bagno e abbiamo anche un asciugacapelli situato nell'armadio della camera da letto principale
La sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 6 persone, che si estende se necessario.

The apartment is well laid out and includes everything needed for an enjoyable break.
The view ,particularly on entering the living area is great.

Property was reasonably clean (but below the standard I would expect) and comfortable (more below)
Carpet on the communal stairs was filthy and stank.
I contacted the host to report the 8 bulbs in the wall lights in the living area to be not working properly. She said as it wasn’t an emergency she wouldn’t be fixing the problem and suggested that we move out! There wasn’t enough light to play cards or see the food on your plate. This was very disappointing but her rudeness was a real shock, there was no apology.
2 of the dining chairs had loose tops and nails sticking out, again no apology. The bathroom lock was broken. The skirting board behind the double room bed was filthy. The double room blind did not work. There were 2 bedside lamps between 4 beds. I have screenshots of all our conversations if vrbo want to see them.

Excellent long weekend had by us both. The apartment was brilliant with great views across the harbour and bay aswell as being spacious and clean. Situated where it is , by the harbour and marina , its quiet and peaceful whilst being only about a 10 min walk into the town. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a break in Exmouth

Ideal Location
We were very pleased with our stay at the apartment. Parking was easy and very near. The accommodation was exactly as listed. It is located at the very end of the promenade and beach, the promenade is 1.6 miles long and makes a very nice daily walk along the beach and back on the promenade. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. No need to move the car as plenty to do. The ferry across the river is just outside the front door, from the other side it is an easy walk to Dawlish. There is also a Park Run on the promenade on Saturday for those feelings energetic, the locals were very welcoming to joining runners. We will return to this accommodation.

Fabulous view, awful accommodation
The property is described as luxurious which it is not.The carpets had big stains on them, there was mildew/mold on the ceiling in the bedroom, the tiles in the bathroom and the dining table was dirty and well worn. The walls and doors had areas where repairs were made badly and paint was peeling off. The smoke alarm in the hallway chirped for our whole 5 day visit. We had contacted owner who said it was fixed but the chirping never stopped. The description says there are a few steps….30 steps or 3 flights of stairs is not a few steps. These people have an opportunity here which is wasted on this neglected rundown flat. Worst place we have every stayed.

A wonderful 3 nights where we had excellent weather. It was difficult to draw yourself away from the small balcony watching all the activities including boats coming and going and the kite surfers’ amazing stunts. We had lovely meals at The Point opposite. Beach is fab and town only 10 minutes walk. My only negative is I couldn’t find a bread knife! We will definitely return.

But in no way detracts from the lovely views. Not much of a balcony . Apartment is clean and functional with enough space for the five of us. Great location nestled above a cafe and a few steps to plenty of restaurants and marina for boat trips. Easy ten minute walk into town. Beach less than a minute.. Dog friendly beach near to property. We took a 2.2 mile walk through promenade to Orcombe Point which was lovely. Town centre was a suprise a nice little open square with plenty of restaurants and cafes made it very cosmopolitan.
