Fantastic facilities staff amazing and are villa was spectacular
Was a little far out from the centre of villamoura needed to get a taxi every night

Lovely staff, plenty of facilities and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was also very nice with plenty of choices on the menu. This place is great for active people as there is plenty of sporting activities on site and a fully equipped gym and sauna.
We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi in the apartment and when we did, connection wasn't terribly fast. However this would not prevent us from coming back.

I think we were one of a few guests due to the season (winter). The restaurant was closed, and the outdoor pool was not heated, contrary to the information on booking. Anyways, it was a nice trip mostly due to Senhora Ana Rita who gave us the feeling to be welcome.

Loved the sports facilities, the swimming pool is super nice and the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. All staff of the restaurant was amazing.
Staff needs training urgently. At check in she didn't know how much breakfast was, for example, but was super nice. At check out the gentleman said negative things about his colleague and insisted booking.com gives the invoice (which is not correct) and after I insisted he finally gave it to me. Very rude and shouldn't work in a customer facing job.

Everything in rooms was ideal for families.
It was beautiful the villa and spotless clean.The location made it a problem as hadn't got a car so needed a taxi everytime we had to go somewhere as local bus hadn't got times spent alot on taxis There isn't anything around so it is very peaceful in night

Nice villa and amazing facilities
There was some building work, which wasn’t too
disruptive at all. The manager also gave us the option
of upgrading to another villa and gave us free wine
and ice cream for the kids.

Accommodation was perfect, small complex and so located close to pool, training grounds, playground etc. pool not over crowded. staff excellent, food nice.

the staff was very nice, the location is very good and the facilities are super - the gym is very well equipped and there are plenty of outdoor space.
there is no soap for the dishes and the amenities are a bit limited in the kitchen.

The resort has everything for sports people or can just relax around the pool . Staff very friendly. We stayed in a villa 2 bed plenty of room. Great place. Beds and pillows lining so comfortable.. Sports bar and food great.

Its very good value, quite location but easy access to most things your would want on a holiday plus very secure.
