Nice room

The hotel sent me tens of emails before my arrival adversting their Thai restaurant and a sort of small market/bistrot insde the hotel. I booked at Thai restaurant for 6 p.m. but no one showed up and the restaurant did not open at all. At that point the msall market was closed too and I had to buy some expensive cold junk food from a vending machine in the hall.

Convenient. Near the motorway. Ample parking. Accessible 24 hours.

cleanliness

the girl who was at the reception that checked us in, was unwelcoming and at a point told us that she can cancel our reservation and refund us if we don’t like the room. I have added a note to have a king size bed and received a message from the hotel that my request was fulfilled but then when we were checking in the lady was very rude to us and didn’t want to give us a room with king size bed. I showed her the message I received from the hotel that my request for a king size bed was confirmed, she then called her manager and magically she found an available room for us after she spoke to her manager!

friendly staff

the rooms were not very cosy,. Nothing major, but I've stayed in cosier rooms.

a bit old, a bit smelly, needs a renovation…and a bar/restaurant

breakfast was good, but a little pricy

one nightlamp near the bed was not working

Very clean large room with a very nice breakfast.

It would have been great if there was an evening to relax and enjoy the nice outdoor seating area
