Great apartment hotel. Ski lifts 100 m away. Ideal storage of skis and boots in a special storage room.

The water in the pool is clear, but not filtered, there is a large amount of hair and other debris in the pool. The apartments are very cozy, but the sound insulation between the rooms is minimal.

Amazing place, amazing stay. Premises are new and very well maintained. Rooms are decent, clean and spacious. The place is 3 mins walking distance from rental place, ticket office and ski facilities: the perfect choice for ski holiday. Food and drinks are good quality and reasonably priced for the area. Staff is friendly and super-helpful. Would definitely come back.

Maybe mattresses should be renewed, 1 out of 2 was not top comfort.

The location is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The view from the room is incredible and the parking is very handy.

The pool area was cold and there was no control from the staff therefore there was a lot of kids running and screaming making the experience of the pool unpleasant despite the beautiful view.

it is not a hotel. they make you pay extra for everything (breakfast, even a towel). if you don’t book a table well in advance, you can’t eat dinner there.

A very comfortable apartment, lovely mountain views, easy parking, comfortable beds, hot continuous shower water, well appointed kitchen and right across the street from the main cable car up the mountain. An easy walk to the main Madonna Village. All the staff were so helpful, and the food at the Ambiez restaurant was very good. We will stay again for sure!

Great location. Very close to ski lifts. New, beautiful, clean hotel.

The pool is barely warm. Spa is paid and only for 45 minutes. You should have asked for clean towels at the spa. The water and glasses in the spa were not changed. Rubbish must be sorted and taken out. The room was only cleaned once in 9 days. Cocktails during the day were excellent and in the evening tasteless (depending on the barmen)

Excellent location right next to the Groste lift and the slopes. A well equipped kitchen, spacious room and the bathroom. The restaurant is of very good quality as well and the staff is always smiling and ready to help you. I recommend this hotel, imo one of the best in the area.

The pool could have warmer water and the sauna zone should be free.

nice hotel, Good location and reasonable price. The staff helped me order a ski pass and we got a discount on both ski pass and ski equipment.

They asked for payment for changing a towel, even though we arrived for 6 nights. In order to throw away the garbage, we had to go for a long walk...

I liked how I got it cheap as the following week it trebled in price. Then the review wouldn't be as good , for me. Very close to the slopes. The Spa was cheap 12 euro for 45 mins even though most other hotels in the area its in on the price

The only thing I didn't really like was the attitude of the staff in the restaurant didn't seem to be very welcoming to me personally, maybe they were having an off day twice in secession?
