No aircon so very warm. Pillows were awful And bathroom very old and dated

The location was very good. Breakfast simple but ok

The bed was not comfortable - too soft. There was no AC at the room and the small ventilator was not enough - it was sweating night.

Brilliant staff - extremely helpful and polite. Good breakfast included. Great location near old town. If coming by train, take the U1 from main station two stops to Weisser Turm - hotel about 300 m from U Bahn. Nightclub downstairs (8 pm to 5 am), but didnt hear any noise. Highly Recommended

On the teras infront of the window of our room, it was a party untill 2 o'clock in the night. The people were very noisy, so we couldn't sleep until 2 o'clock.

Hotel has a great location in the heart of the old town. There is a 24 hour reception desk. Breakfast was not just continental but included hot food. Generous supplies of soap / shampoo in the shower and by the sink.

Only a single duvet on a double bed, bedding arrangements generally seems unneccesarily complicated (see photo).

Breakfast was very good, location excellent for walking guests.

The staff was amazing and really helpful. And the hotel is really close to the city centre.

There is not a hand soap in the bathroom. Shampoo based chemical is present above the sink but it does not give feeling of cleaning or hygiene. Pillows are too thin and I noticed the note in the room about available alternatives pillow on my second day. Also, it is a bit bothering to go to the reception ask for a pillow. If the alternative was in the closet, it would have been better.

Excellent location! Very nice breakfast, including lactose fee and gluten free products . Staff was very friendly!

This hotel is in the perfect central location but it’s also very quiet at night and peaceful. Very clean and has everything you will need... I would recommend it! At breakfast there where vegan options and large selection of bread.

All vegetables where in tiny cans. 3 slices of cucumber is one portion? hilarious... but they where super fresh at least :))
