A big thank for NADA from the reception team who tried to make our stay the best it can get..she was super nice and very helpful.. Special thanks also to Mr. MANSOUR who also was a very professional assisstant and experienced. Bed rooms were good as per the photos given.

The furniture was old- carpets were worn out- bathroom was old rusty - bath tub was greasy on day one- the room was old- wash bassins were not clean- the corners had dirt.overpriced - the 3 bed room suit design was gloomy and disapointed me.

We had a room on the 45th floor, with a balcony and a great view of the Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future and other high-rise buildings. Right next to the subway, good breakfast, friendly staff. Daily cleaning in the room, good kitchen equipment.

Mr Aakash at the Reception provided excellent service, throughout our stay in the hotel, he was always helpful when we reached out to him for help, we also enjoyed the breakfast, and were greeted by Chef Wong in the morning, whenever he was around, and enjoyed his food and a friendly smile every morning. Staff Mano took care of us at the breakfast dinning table, thank you all of them for their help.

bathroom is a little old for the 2 and 3 bedroom apartment, could have upgraded them

Everyting is so nice and clean. The property is quite close of all attractions.

The breakfast is ok, but poorly, everyday the same one. Not to many options.

The location of the hotel is great, the view was stunning, and the apartment size was really good. The stuff was amazing everyone was very polite and really helpfull with us. The breakfast was really good!!

Too much waiting for the elevators

Location - Love the balcony with direct view to Burj Khalifa and if you're lucky to get the panoramic room, it also provides the view to the Atlantis and Burj Al Arab. The property is located along Sheikh Zayed road, right in front of Financial Center metro station that makes it easy to move around the city. Love the massage we got from Rayya Wellness Spa. Thank you to the Customer Experience Manager - Mr. Fajidi for taking care of our requests. He was patient and polite.

Customer service needs extreme improvement. With the exception of the Customer Experience Manager - Mr. Farid, most of the staff needs customer service training, especially on how to handle an irate guest as they seem to aggravate the situation with how they respond to guests. - Breakfast - The buffet is really limited. We had the same option for our 7 day(s) stay. - Room Cleanliness - There's a certain foul smell when you enter the room. You also need to request for robe(s), extra towel, and toilet paper. We were given used, wet, and stained towels.(photos shared) - Vallet Parking - Our car had a scratch and was reported soon as noticed. The duty manager responded taking no responsibility after 30 min and further aggravated the situation by refusing to listen. He completely failed to subdue the situation. - The AC leaked right before we had our massage at the spa. Good thing the masseuse were able to act fast and moved us to a different room. - Guest elevators are also used as service elevators. - Reception is small and busy where the seats have stains on them. The photos are old and deceiving. Overall, despite the ideal location, go somewhere else if you're after a good service for the value of your money. This place is busy and may contribute to the poor service. This was an extremely regretful stay. Never never never never never going back.

Es ist alles super tolle Lage U-Bahn vor der Tür kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen für eine Reise nach Dubai. Danke an allen Mitarbeiter ihr habt einen Super Job gemacht weiter so.

Check in alle 15.. per noi che siamo arrivati alle 6 di mattina un problema . Rispetto alla prenotazione dove avevo riservata una suite con vista mare, me ne hanno data un’alre con vista sui palazzi.

One of the security guards really helped us a lot with locating our luggage delivery staff, his helpfulness and kind personality really made our overall experience much better! But unfortunately we didn’t catch his name. Really appreciate his service!

1. We booked King room with Burj Khalifa View and paid all taxes and tourism fees 20 AED with Booking.com for the room we booked, but the guy (without blazer) at the reception didn’t check and still overcharged us the tourism fee, after that he realized there was an overcharging and said will refund us but till today there’s still no refund. 2. We booked King room (only 1 bed) with Burj Khalifa view, most likely it is at high floor but upon checked in, we were somehow offered with a “free upgrad” to a suite with living room but without Burj Khalifa view, which is the Level 1, yes, just 1 level above the ground level. And then we told reception we do not need such free upgrading and just want to stay in the room we originally booked. But in stead of the room we booked, they gave us 2 bedroom suite and Burj Khalifa View (which it is way too unnecessary for just a couple but we still accepted it cuz seems like that’s the best option they can offer at that moment) However, the guy at the reception started asking us to pay extra tourism fee because of this is a 2-bedroom suite. What we paid is just for 1 bed room… But all of these are not our fault right? In the end, a man wearing blue blazer probably a supervisor or manager came over and settled this and said the hotel will cover the extra tourism fee and will refund us but if possible please expedite the refund process. 3. It is not about the 20 dhs.. it’s just about the management and it’s service. If I’m the first place we booked 2 bedroom suite, of course we will pay whatever fees accordingly, but if the hotel somehow want to change our room because you can’t give us the room we booked and require the customer to pay for your fault, I believe it is not making any sense. And what is the point of people using Booking.com and choose our room in advance? what management is this?

Qu’on est essayé de me vendre des petits déjeuners en plus lors du chek-in alors qu’ils sont inclus !!! Et un réveil en sursaut à 3h du matin par la sécurité de l’hôtel pour de la musique trop forte mais qui venait d’un appart voisin ! Pas cool et même pas d’excuses Ce sont ces 2 points négatifs qui m’empêche de mettre un 10/10
