Place is just amazingly beautiful. All is great. Stop wasting your time to search for a better apartment and book this apartment. Hosts are very helpful. Just eight minutes walk to train station and great breakfast at Barry restaurant. Place is just like the pictures, fantastic. Everything works and it's comfortable. Probably the best apartment in Grindelwald. There is also a area for younger kids to play in the apartment with games for them. Check out the vintage sports book they have in the apartment, it's cool. You can call the Indian restaurant for delivery, they will tell you they don't deliver, so tell them to order a taxi that will pick it up from thier restaurant, that they accept.. Hosts let me check out at 12.15. The apartment guide / manuel / instructions have so many details and were very professionally done.
4th floor no elevator is fine, but I didn't know it is like this in advance, so if it's an issue for you then better talk to the taxi driver in advance, so he can take the luggage upstairs for you. I was expected to remove garbage from the room at the last day, I just can't understand why, since we pay a cleaning fee.

Amazing view and fantastic chalet! The hosts were very friendly and helpful and it was very easy to get into the chalet. It was very clean and it has everything you need for a great stay! Also a very short walk to the shops, station and mountains. Would highly recommend.

The location is great. It is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift so you need to be fit! The view is amazing and the flat is very comfortable.

I have done many AirBnb and similar long stays, and this was by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Every drawer and cupboard in the kitchen was spotless, and it is superbly equipped for actual cooking at home or preparing picnics. The view is insanely good. You might think it can't possibly look like the photos but good grief it's better, and there are two lovely tables on the terrace so you can make the most of it. The hosts are just delightful and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
It's a top floor walk up and laundry facilities (again spotless) are on the ground floor - totally normal for Switzerland but just don't forget your detergent when you go do a wash... :)
