Haare in der Badewanne, Krümel auf dem Fuboden. Ausstattung, besonders im Bad, abgenutzt und alt.

バス停が目の前で空港からも遠くない。市街地へも簡単に出られる。静かで治安もいい。
設備が全体に古い。始めに通された部屋は内側からかける鍵が壊れていて役に立たず、変えてもらった部屋のドアは
部屋からでて閉めるときに、なかなかちゃんと閉まらない。オートロックだと安心してると閉まっていないのに気付かず大変なことになる。

Im Badezimmer musste ich den Restmüll des Vorgängers beseitigen.
Gesprungene Fliesen im Bereich der Badewanne notdürftig zugeschmiert und Schwarzschimmelbildung.
Die Heizung erfolgt über die Lüftung welche auch auf der kleinsten Stufe so laut ist, das an Schlafen bei laufender Heizung nicht zu denken war.
Um 5 Uhr morgens wurde ich geweckt, das der Vorgast den Fernseher als Wecker programmiert hatte und dies nicht zurückgesetzt wurde.

Sehr freundlicher und Hervorragender Service!
Leider ist die Ausstattung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind altbacken und unbequem. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis trifft zwar für den Service zu, für die Zimmer aber definitiv nicht.

Great staff, Great Breakfast and prepared lunches. No fault here.
Hotel is getting dated now. I'm over showering in a bath tub. needs a refurbish. The none working AC is a real problem. I had two different rooms, in both rooms the AC was not cooling, fan only.

worst of all: go have a look in room 104, stains all over the left wall when you come in looking like blood.

The Hotel front & foyer areas also very nice.
The room was a little bit bit dated, and could do with modernising.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were polite and kind.
I don't like that the they requested to pay when we did check in. The most of the hotels I do this on check out.

I received the excellent service I am used to at this hotel, as I always do without fail. I stay at the hotel several times per year and it never fails in its great service.
There was an issue with the doorbell from the parking lot to the basement entrance and, as I arrived late, it caused me to have to bring my luggage up to the front entrance. However, I can't fault the property for a temporary failure of its electronics.

the terrible condition of the room. it must have renovated the last time in 1986. the bathroom of room 609 was terrible condition. it was also very dusty.

nice big rooms. got the breakfast once which was very nice but at €22 was a little overpriced. The tram is just across the road which will bring you to the city centre which is great.
I was staying 6 nights originally and ended up staying 7. The housekeeping was a let down. Tea/ coffee/ shower gel was not replenished even though completely gone. Coffee cups that were used were taken away and not replaced…had to use paper cups and then 3 days later two new cups appeared. If you have to change/alter a booking in anyway then expect confusion from the front desk….all 4 colleagues experienced this issue.
