Staff at the reception was really nice and at service all the time. Hotel and room was clean as it should be. There is nice swimming pool which we didn’t use, but we checked it. I like the fact that hotel is situated at the end of dead-end street and it was quite. Also it is quiet neighborhood full of restaurants and bars between hotels. Cala Major beach was not overcrowded at the end of October/beginning of November but busy during the day, not far from hotel and pretty nice. Jardins de Marivent is less than 300m in front of the hotel - just straight and across the street, you cannot miss it.

Well I cannot say that I didn’t like something, but if I must - shower tub was liking somewhere near floor and view from the balcony on the parking wasn’t beautiful.

Loistava aamiainen, sijainti hyvä minun tarpeisiini. Hotellille johtava ylämäki saattaa olla toki joillekin haastava kulkea mutta itselleni se ei ollut minkäänlainen ongelma. Aivan ihana henkilökunta, joka auttoi minua haastavassa tilanteessani erittäin suurella lämmöllä. Tuli tunne, että minusta todella välitettiin hotellilla :)

Ravintolan a la carte -listaan olisin toivonut enemmän paikallisuutta.

the beds are very comfortable and the insides are beautiful with art of Joan Miro everywhere.

the location is not the best, if you want free parking you’ll have to walk a lot (and the hotel is uphills), I’d advise to get their paid parking option if you’re traveling with a car.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Super clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and area around it. Great breakfast. Drinks reasonably priced. Recommended.

A bit of a trek into Palma.

Very nice breakfast and all the staff is super helpful and nice.

The only thing I would point out is that the hotel has a parking lot but you have to pay per day. And we couldn't even use it because there was not enough spots.

Great variety in the breakfast but the food quality could be improved. The location is good for beach or activities but a bit far out of Palma for a city break.

I could not get two single beds and the room with the pool view was blocked by a tree.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. They made us feel very welcome. Rooms were compact but comfy. Great location. Close to lots of restaurants & Palma can be easily accessed by numerous buses or by foot. Pool area was fantastic.

The hotel is very well turned out. The rooms are nice, and balconies were great for a sit, although not the best view. The staff were very good, especially the omelette man (sorry forgotten his name) fantastic attitude and was super friendly greeting you every morning.

Very well located, with public transport and a lot of entertainment within walking distance. Balcony was ok, the top was the staff. Everyone was kind and accomodating, very helpful.

Room could be bigger, but it was comfortable, so no issues. I would suggest having more bicycles for guests. Something to consider. The pool was not very clean (some debris in the water).

It is located 15 minutes from the center of Mallorca and the staff is very friendly.

The amenities for a 4 star hotel are not what we were expecting. If you have a car it is a puzzle to park the car close to hotel.
