La habitación familiar era impresionante. Me encantó el detalle de dejar un albornoz pequeñito para mi hija.

Q estábamos en un edificio q no conectaba al balneario y ese día llovía a cántaros.

L accueil, le style, l elegance des bâtiments et du personnel. Le spa en accès illimité et les espaces détente sont un atout certain.

La ville est peu animée. La climatisation n etait pas reglable et il faisait chaud.

L'hotel en general està molt net i l'esmorzar és molt complert i et serveixen tantes vegades com demanis. La zona és molt agradable per donar una volta i prendre alguna cosa per allí.

En primer lloc, moltes de les instal·lacions del spa estan tancades i per això només es pot gaudir de dues zones, penso que s'haurien d'adaptar una mica més o ajustar el preu. A més, és obligatori l'ús de gorro de bany, i en el nostre cas no se'ns va informar fins al check in, per aquest motiu els vam haver de pagar a part.Un altre punt és el personal, no ens van informar de les coses molt detingudament i el servei és just. Per últim, és difícil trobar un punt d'intimitat ja que les hores que es donen estan molt freqüentades i la majoria de gent que assisteix és de tercera edat.

The ambient of the hotel looks nice. Teh restaurante dinner was good and the waitress were polite.

The Hotel is very old and the manitance is really bad. The reception desk guy was so unpolite. the room was old, wallppers was demaged a lot, the bathroom was terrible dirty, blackspots everywhere. The marble of the sink was all broken, and the shower was in very bad situation. Teh reception desk told me that i could go in to the pools because my reservation was done by booking.com and says only room.. Even booking.com says at their announcment "A range of beauty treatments and massages is available. All guests have free and unlimited access to the spa area during their stay." FREE and UNLIMITED access to spa area... He complained to me and treated verybad... I left the after one night..

El tracte familiar, la varietat d'opcions en l'spa, la decoració amb llum càlida i el jardí.

S'hauria de fer més manteniment arreu malgrat que funciona. També s'hauria d'incloure el parking en el preu de l'estada.

Por casualidad me alojé en la misma habitación dos veces en un periodo corto de tiempo, mas o menos dos meses. La limpieza deja bastante que desear: la primera vez me fijé en que el bidet estaba sucio y cuando volví, dos meses después, seguía exactamente igual.

Habitaciones con mobiliario muy muy anticuado y roto, tomar unas patatas pequeñitas antes de la cena, exageradas de caras(bolsa pequeña 6€), la cena que solo entre una botella de medio litro de agua se queda algo escasa, y porque no hacia calor

The air conditioning was very noisy.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast menu, and the very nice and enjoyable items on the evening dinner menu. The Reception Staff, and the the Restaurant Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location of the Hotel was very pleasant and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants.

We went to the hotel for the Fiesta de San Juan, a special Christian night celebrated on the 23rd of June every year, the night before St. John's day; the patron Saint of Catalunya. It was a well planned and jolly occassion starting with a Cava reception at 8.30pm followed by an excellent outdoor dinner to the sound of violinist who then turned her skills to a cello and later an vibrant electric cello as the gathering got more lively. The fireworks didn't really disturb the event despite going on until about 3am. It is a short drive from Barcelona and a good escape for a more tranquil setting.

The problem with spa resorts is their maintenance. Despite a very good choice of treatments several of the ancilliary equipment was not working nor was the nearest lift to take us up to our bedroom on the first floor. It was a 75m walk to the lift at the other end of the building. Spa resort really should make sure all the equilpment on offer is working.

Air conditioning too cold & unable to regulate. Was suggested to move to another room but none of the air conditioning units were able to reduce the temperature so ending up turning off as got a cold in the process.

Really lovely hotel in a nice place. Stayed here for the Formula One Spanish Grand Prix. Nice proximity to the circuit and the staff were super lovely

If you want drinking water outside of breakfast hours, you have to pay for it. Other than that, everything else was superb

The staff was super nice, every problem had an immediate solution. Super nice restaurants and incredible food. The spa clean and most of the amenities were available.

Rooms need renovation. It was very dark in the rooms and cold, there is no electric dryer for towels and cloths in the bathroom. Poor vegan options for breakfast.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone

Quiet, Clean, Hotel staff was very kind, There are many power outlet in the room.

There were no table convenient for putting my belongings.

Everything was very good - parking is easy, hotel is close to the town but quiet and contained in its own right and our room was excellent ( ask for 109 if there is a choice !). Dinner too was first class.

One slight criticism is that the spa could do with a little work. It's still good but basic maintenance would ensure it does not slip in standard.

The water temperature in the spa is very pleasant. The rooms are clean, but....

I stayed there maybe 5 years ago and it was super nice. Currently the place is a major disappointment. It is a challenge to find any area of the hotel without water stains on the ceiling or other surfaces. Had water stains in the bathroom of my room, the hall was in a pretty upsetting state, lots of stains and rips, there is a million stains everywhere in the spa, contrast shutters in the air where our off order.. cmon .. it's a nice place, or used to be, but take a paintbrush and some bleach and clean and repaint this 4**** place :(
