Spacious, good food, value for money

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast choices.
Being very picky as we had a great stay, but some coffee in the room along with more tea and milk, plus some tea spoons would be great to start the morning.

Chambre sur piscine extrêmement bruyant quand il y a beaucoup de monde dans l'eau.

Hotel and room was generally clean and tidy. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety
Despite not being very full, the hotel was very loud with people using the pool 2 hours beyond it's closure time and people sat outside the bar (and beneath our room) making a lot of noise until after 1am. The bed had 1 sheet and no other bedding on it with no spare pillows or bedding in the room. On request for something more we were initially simply offered a second sheet. Eventually someone brought a blanket.
The fridge had at some point before our arrival been turned to 'warm' by either previous occupants or the cleaners so when we arrived back from dinner the floor was flooded from the ice compartment defrosting.
Prices for the night were hugely inflated above normal due to La Vuelta being in town that morning

Very friendly and welcoming reception staff for who nothing was too much. The pool area was lovely and clean. The hotel would always smell clean and the rooms were well maintained. Staff had a strong understanding of English.
The air-con in the room wasn’t very powerful and the breakfast, although a great selection, just wasn’t 4* cooked.

Friendly staff. Fabio the Entertainment Manager “Animador” was great with our children. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner buffet was easy to add as an extra when we wanted it. Location was acceptable, with short walk to beach and medium walk to town. We found the room had a fridge, allowing us to buy some lunch food stuff and keep it in our room fresh.
The pool didn’t seem very clean, and bandages were frequently discarded around the garden. The spa was extra charge and didn’t really offer much anyway. The air conditioner was ineffective in our room and in the bar cafeteria.

Great place, wel situated at two minutes from the center of Moraira, cleaness of the house was perfect at all, magnificent vieuw on the sea and sun on the terrace almost all day.

Overall the hotel was really nice, grand and clean.
We really enjoyed the pool area with the nice palm trees, the spa & wellness center (staff was really nice).
The breakfast was amazing.
The parking area was big, we always found a space to park our car which was really convenient.
The hotel was very well located, 15 min walk from the city centre and 5 min from the beach.
When we checked in and went into our room the bed for our son wasn't ready - not a big deal - but nicer to have it done when we arrive.
We found the breakfast really delicious but a bit pricy - we were expecting more something around 15€/adult. Current price per kid is decent.

In the middle if a very residential area
The windows had no curtains. It did have a metal shutter outside the window that was stuck closed. When room service cleaned the room, they opened the shutter and it was stuck in the open position. We had no inside heavy curtains so was woken very early by the sun
The lights in the corridor for our room did not work. We were in the pitch black using phone torches until sensor picked us up half way up a very long corridor. When reported it was said it will be reported to maintenance but never fixed when we where there.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are arranged practical, spacious and the bed was good. Nice option at the breakfast for a freshly made omelette or scrambled eggs.
The building and the rooms are quite old and they are crying for an update. Most of the things are rusty, sockets are coming out of the walls, shower head was with mould on it. It really does not cost much to upgrade some little things and it would already make a huge difference.
Another major point: during breakfast the options are awesome but there is NO vegetables at all. At least put some tomatoes and cucumbers there, it is really really missing. Overall it is a good hotel, I would stay here again but it needs a touch here and there.

We were upgraded on arrival to a junior suite, which gave us more room. Breakfast was very good. Bar/ coffee are good - maybe couple comfy seats could be in there?
Although we stayed there, we would still have had to pay to go in inside pool. Cost of euros22 was only euros2 cheaper than a person not staying at the hotel, so we didn´t bother. Shame as it rained so could have made use of it, maybe an offer of use could be available?
