Not enough hot water for 5 people to get a shower

Beautiful & spacious modern apartment in a perfect location 3 mins walk to the seafront. Sunny large balcony with views of the port/marina & easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars & old town. 2 full bathrooms so no sharing a shower - essential for 3+ adults. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso style machine & tea/coffee supplies.

Everything perfect only problem was no drawers for clothes in master bedroom - suggestion either chest of drawers or shelves inside wardrobe. Parking was OK for us but maybe a problem during peak season - not unexpected in popular Denia!

Huge, spacious apartment with large comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location. Lovely views of the marina and mountain, and a short walk into the old town and to the castle.

I was very happy to be met by a person with the keys and to be able to chat about the property and area. Gaby was very helpful and friendly. She remained in contact during the stay. I recommend this apartment and location to anyone who is visiting Denia.

Great location, plenty of bars, restaurants and the main shopping street in easy walking distance. Good size. Comfortable beds. Good communication before and during the stay about check in, location etc. Very light and airy apartment, free wi-fi and views of the marina from the balcony.

Could do with one more armchair and one more chair for the balcony.

The flat is located in a super location. A few steps from all facilities such as the main street of Dénia , there are cosy bars, restaurants , nice shops and so on. This street is traffic-free. If you want to stroll along the promenade along the sea and the port, it is just across the street from the flat. A super location!! If you book this flat there is smooth and clear communication right away. On arrival Gaby , the host , is already there and waits for you with a smile. Leads you around the flat and hands over the key. Gaby is very friendly , communicates very smoothly and quickly. Nothing is too much for her. The flat is very neat and clean. Everything you need is there. The beds are large and have good mattresses. The front terrace is spacious , has a view of the sea . With great pleasure we will come back. A big thank you to Gaby!!!

great space, really clean, lots of room, comfortable. access to the shops, restaurants, beaches, marinas

just the noise. at night you can hear the party outside. the traffic. and the people above and next door. we were there to cycle not party so weren’t late to bed and usually out 1000-1600 daily.
