Area perfect , nice and clean, good food (not a lot of option tho!) Small stones beach with steps down to it .

The total balance price, paid at reception in euros didn’t get converted into Pounds. Therefore I paid a lot more than advertised!! Lunch menu very limited.

Everything was great. Breakfast is amazing. All the people who works there was super friendly. Especialy the waiter Andrea who works at breakfast and the pool.

There is little or nothing to do within walking distance of this hotel. One bar and one restaurant that doesn’t open Mon & Tues!

Fabulous facilities. Clean. Smells good. Kind staff. Cookies and cava at reception. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant. Stunning views from the pool area.

Views from the pool were amazing. The breakfast was just on another level - so good!! Beds were super comfy but room in general was way too hot.

Although it’s sold as having air con 3 of the rooms in my party had just a little puff of air coming out and rooms were sweltering….. it was 34 degrees outside so highly uncomfortable. We had to ask for fans. Also they just seemed short staffed everywhere from reception to bar area, wait times to check in, out, waiting for drinks etc took a long time.

Clean, modern and amazing location

Maybe not even staff around the pool to take orders on the days it was very busy.

The hotel has no atmosphere, half the bars were not open, bars without any soul. Food only tepid at best. room very small, without any drawers or hanging space for long garments. would not recommend to anyone or visit again.

It was all good, staff, food, faculties. So good in fact that I extended my stay by one night.

The breakfast buffet. An amazing amount of lovely fresh food all carefully prepared and shown in different stalls. The pancakes were the best! The rooms were comfy but the double bed quite small. We had asked for twin but it didn't matter. The whole room was full of supplies. From teas to toiletries. Evan hand wash ,cream to the shower conditioner n body washes. Very helpful.

The actual area off the street. I have never seen so much graffiti on buildings ever. It's a disgrace and shameful!

The rooms, the level of cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff were excellent. We had a lot of interaction with Luis and appreciated his help. The location is superb, close to great beach areas and very convenient bus connection to Palma. The larger room with hot tub was wonderful!!

After a while the food was slightly unsatisfactory and not as fresh as I would have liked. the Kay dart service seemed way over priced. it was like buying your clothes instead of cleaning them.

Staff, peacefulness and quietness. location, views, breakfast, facilities.

Parking could be handled better. Room service menu card in room, not just website. TV channel options could be improved. Some maintenance work in rooms, ie. shower roof.
