The location was excellent for amenities and transport links. The room was lovely and the bathroom was gorgeous. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

It was a very enjoyable stay.

- the bed was the comfiest ever! - staff made an effort to decorate for my birthday which was really sweet. - breakfast was great with so much to choose from - i was even allowed to take out extra pieces for the day as we were the only ones there.

Everything was brilliant we had no complaints - one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.

LOVED the shower !! Comfortable clean beds really good WiFi. Breakfast 🤤🤤 The evening receptionist was so polite and helped another guest (drunken and vulnerable) to her room and was so respectful to other guests who witnessed the lady. Couldn't have handled the situation better. 👍

In the particular room I was in 214 we could hear loud dripping from bedroom window.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms a very good size, the bathrooms beautiful and lovely complimentary products. The breakfast, was lovely and cooked to order. Piping hot and a good selection of cold items/juices. The staff were very welcoming and chatty. And helped me with travel plans to places I wanted to visit

The location is great and just a short walk from the train and bus station. However it is also on a busy bustling street filled with night life. They have taken every precaution to try and cancel out the noise but with my stay over a Fri and sat, it was fairly noisy into the small hrs. The location of my room was to the left hand side of the building towards the rear where there are bars and pubs along it. A room towards the front of the hotel may prove a little quieter

My room, 201, looked out onto a frankly horrible mismatch of collapsed roofing and a well established pidgeon colony which I think the owners ought to address with a degree of urgency.

yes it’s a bit tired, but room was comfortable however lack of hot water at 530am when heading to airport 6am was disappointing. reception couldn’t do anything I had to check out and fly with no shower. awaiting a response, front of desk had Out of office until 28 Oct which isn’t reassuring when I checked out on 23 Oct

Checked in and room door lock didn’t work so we had to keep getting the chap on reception to open our room. Bathroom not clean, hairs on the walls not nice. All the staff seemed disinterested, poor customer service
