We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds. And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over. they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work. My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry. we really can’t wait to come back! thank you for everything.

This is the most modern and clean property in the centre of Chaweng beach and total value for money. I couldn't fault the service and staff, the cleanliness, the facilities, and mainly the location right on the beach. The pantry serves an amazing breakfast and dinner metres from the ocean, and from 4pm bean bags and lounges are set up on the beach with a DJ to have bar snacks and half price cocktails for sunset. It really is the best hotel in Chaweng.

the drainage in the bathroom was faulty and as a result, the water would not drain out. Mentioned this to the staff but given the nature of the problem, nothing was done. I would have expected the hotel to change my room. We had to live with a wet bathroom, right through our stay. The staff and service was good, but it was all by the book. We requested assistance in renting scooters, but were told that we have to do it ourselves. We had five rooms and requested for a late check out in only one of the rooms and that too was declined even though the hotel was not fully occupied. This was confirmed informally by a staff

Can't think of anything that we didn't like, except for some noise and disruption from ongoing renovation but that was finished very quickly so did not become a big issue at all.

This is one of the most beautiful and serene places that I have ever been fortunate enough to visit. Walking through the grounds, instantly makes you feel at peace. We stayed in a secret pool villa, which is stunning. We had only booked to stay for 3 days but extended for another 3 as the staff are extremely professional and friendly, the food is amazing and you just cannot get a better location or stunning beach!

They are currently renovating some areas, but this has been handled extremely professionally and had no impact on our stay.

It was a great experience, the secret pool villa is something out of this world, very private and very elegant worth the money for sure. The breakfast is awesome 5 star food and service. Overall a great hotel definitely would come again and most definitely would recommend it to friends and family.
