The hotel and staff were amazing The service and food at breakfast way exceeded our expectations

Staff are very helpful and extremely chatty and friendly. They were always a delight to speak to. Breakfast is fantastic and there are lovely rooms in which to sit and enjoy a pot of tea or a glass of wine.

Great location. Efficient and friendly check in experience by the young male member of staff. Breakfast was delicious. Very good sized bedroom and bathroom and comfortable bed.

Water pressure in the shower was very low. Don't have a rainshower head if you don't have the water pressure. Very dirty extractor fan. The waste pipe was obviously blocked as the water was not draining away properly when using the shower. Some maintenance issues.

Breakfast was excellent with very good service. Room was large enough with two comfortable chairs and beds. Very clean throughout. Double glazed windows good for winter months and out side noise reduction. Bar tender was friendly and good selection of drinks. Location was perfect.

Bathroom sink was cracked but did not have any adverse effect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with lots of extras and nice touches. Great location. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and very well presented. Would recommend.

The staff were extremely pleasant The room in the main was clean (except for 2 glasses which had lip marks on them) The bathroom is great and a fantastic size Breakfast was perfect

The room over all is small for what your paying (#3) There is a window but it looks on to a wall, it is hard to explain but the window looks on to a small space that is enclosed on all sides the impact of this is the room is extremely warm with no airflow at all even when using the fan provided. I also found that during the night i kept sliding slowly from one side of the bed to the other, not sure if this is a fault of the bed or just the room floor is on a slope. One other small point ,there was a bottle of water in the room but no date to say when it was filled, i know this is a small point and was probably filled just before we arrived but with nothing to show this it could have been there weeks or months (a small label with a fill date would solve this) due to the issues with the room we both had the worst nights sleep in a long long time. Myself i travel a bit with work and i can honestly say this is the worst nights sleep in a hotel in years. The hotel its self is nice the people are lovely it was just this room. this room would be better suited as a store room or extensively discounted and people made aware of its limitations so they can decide before hand whether to book or not.

Finding the hotel was simplicity itself, its on the corner of the main traffic lights in the centre of the town. Despite this the room was surprisingly quiet at night. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and also showed us to our room. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of options. We found the bar in the hotel to be a welcoming location, again with friendly staff. Wifi access is also included in the price, parking is also possible but it has limited spaces.

The hotel is managed from a very nice couple. The interieur is charming, the hotel bar is a small pub with a splendid atmosphere and the breakfast was served in a lovely room.

Our room wasn‘t prepared when we arrived, this caused a bit confusion at our arrival.

Great service. Excellent breakfasts and evening meal. Good beer available in the pub. Lovely view from room.

Very few faults. Some noise travelled through the walls but suspect that was just particularly noisy neighbours. I’d recommend they smarten up the reception area a bit; it feels a little down-at-heel compared to the rest of the hotel.

Staff brilliant - so friendly and helpful. Also liked the quirkiness of the building - loads of extra rooms to be discovered.

Malvern is beautiful and the Great Malvern Hotel is beautiful too.It was in a lovely location to the town and the priory church.I loved the breakfast great value for money and tastes amazing.
