Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the city center so there are a lot of sights nearby. The room is nice and quiet.

Heating in the bathroom was awful. It was very cold there so taking a shower became something very uncomfortable.

a lot of the lamps in the room, the bulbs were dead. it made the room very dark

No space to store clothing. So only good for a night max not longer.

The staff were fabulous! They even called into the restaurant to borrow a corkscrew for me!

More tea and coffee in the room would have been good.

great location. the 18€ breakfast is a joke- they market it as local and organic, the only thing organic i found was a bio fromage blanc in a plastic container, the rest was regular supermarket food. no fresh fruit or vegetables served, the “hot buffet” is bacon and omelette.

the room was tiny, i could barely open my bathroom + extremely dark. there was no drinking water, refrigerator or mini bar in the room. my AC was not working and it wouldnt be fixed until i asked for the second time. i got served a regular coffee instead of decaffeinated one, despite asking twice and making sure it was available. i asked one day in advance for a late check out (and got charged for it 10€/h), due to lack of communication between the staff members, still got called and asked to check out, then two staff members would just walk in my room in several minutes intervals one after another, despite the “do not disturb” sign being on.

Breakfast was lovely, and there is a really nice vibe in the hotel. The location was great, fairly central to everything

Excellent front desk service and good breakfast. Parking is not at the hotel but you get for half rate at public parking near by.

Chairs at the dinning room are very uncomfortable.

I booked last minute as my flight has been cancelled and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but stylish and comfortable, good value for money and the hotel is in a very central location.

The location was fantastic as it's surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff friendly, and the hotel and room very clean.

The room was a bit tight. Making it difficult to get around one corner of the bed.

ILocation was good. Staff was nice. Room was very clean and new, good fashion. Very good with pets.

Reception needed more staff. The staff was not there when I arrived and I had to call. The receptionist left a message in this respect however he came quickly when I call.

Bed was comfortable, great facilities, air conditioning, location, decor and staff

Our room was a little dark but we didn’t mind, as we wanted to get some sleep!

location was spot on for city life. super friendly and helpful staff made the stay relaxed. single room was perfect for myself and looking at the other rooms available the standard seems exemplary!
