The luxury hotel price for such a decaying, filty and disgusting structure. I once spent a night in a cheap hotel at the border betwen India and Nepal and it was way better than Pacific hotel value for money.

The hotel cancelled our booking about 2 hours before we arrived, and only told us when we called to say we were arriving after 10pm. The excuse they gave was that my card had been declined and they had tried to reach us to arrange payment, but the decline notification email only came through after the phone call, so this appears to have been a lie. I will be seeking compensation for the extra money we had to pay getting the eurotunnel a day early.

Nothing. Although relatively clean, the room was in a very poor state of repair. The beds were old and uncomfortable. We were awoken at 2-3 am by what appeared to be drunk men walking the corridors out side our room.

This facility was not what I expected and indeed, was not as advertised. Photos are very deceiving and the room we had was nothing like pictured. There were drunk men pacing the corridor outside of our room at 2-3am.

cigarette burns on floor, toilet seat broke, fell on stairs as banister collapsed and no lighting, noisy, hard to gain access manager was asleep and did not answer phone, ideal for drug dealers and hores !!!! remote did not work no TV. avoid at all costs!!!!

Staff friendly and good people, great location

Bed was terrible I could feel every spring and the mattress dipped. Curtains not effective, too thin for summer light Shower was not draining so standing in a pool WiFi not reaching the top floor

Nothing went well. This place should be taken off the list of available places to stay. The room was horrible. The bed wasn't even made. It was litterally third world material. I am confident I contracted scabies or bed bites from my brief 5 hour stay at this atrocious hotel.

The hotel was filthy. It was unsafe. Plugs hanging of walls bathroom door hanging of hinges. The sheets looked like they had been slept in. Curtains not fitting windows. Bathroom filthy tiles black,toilette was disgusting. Towels filthy scared to use them

location was good and not too far from Calais

everything, the pictures are all gimmicks. the place was filthy with house fly all over the place, toilet was disgusting and no internet on the top floor.

smell of cigaretes doors in rooms not locking everywhere dirty, in the toilet had poo in it and not returning money take from card 100% not recommend to any body stay

Good property for those who don’t like to sleep alone: you’ll have pleanty of wildlife company. seriously the only positive vs sleeping in the street is at least you have some heating..

Cannot understand how authorities have not shut the place down yet - absolutely disgusting, to the point where it could actually damage you health. bugs in bed, mould, and unidentified white powder in the shower.

Nothing, it was in a complete state not suitable as a hotel.

It needs closing down the floor was coming up the plugs were on straight, was not clean with a bad smell in the room and on the sheets (smelt like damp and mood) and nothing worked. Not safe to stay here you might come out with some disease. The light didn’t work in the bathroom and tried the shower but it didn’t have any hot water the whole thing was just a complete mess.

extremely dirty, awful place to choose, even if you have to stay in a bar or a car or etc… make sure you dont choose this place.

În this location is not nothing good even the personal, no hiting, no sop, no clean towel, no hot whater

All îs total mess, the manager come and take me out at 11:00 în the condițion i do The booking at 21:00.
