Personnel sympathique, bon accueil, résolution rapide et efficace du moindre problème
Ne trouvant pas les heures de service du petit déjeuner, la plupart des clients sont arrivés à neuf heures, surchargeant la dame qui voulait tout faire en même temps, rendant parfois le service très difficile. Le petit déjeuner est servi entre 6:00 et 11:00, évitez donc de venir à 9:00 le dimanche ...

Repas très bon marché - Personnel serviable et agréable - Grand parking devant la porte, dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel - Savon dans des distributeurs au mur du lavabo et de la douche, pas besoin de petits flacons qui gaspillent. Deux pose-valises, chacun son endroit.
Chambre très exiguë - Rideau trop loin de la fenêtre ne permet pas d'obscurcir la chambre suffisamment. - La lumière du couloir ne s'allume pas automatiquement, il faut chercher un interrupteur.

Location excellent for access to Le Shuttle. We have used this hotel over a number of years but in particular, it has begun to improve over our 3 visits this year, staff always pleasant & obliging, cleanliness & restaurant facilities. It had become a little tired but improvements are being made, well done.

Second stay at Logis Cottage hotel. Great stopover after or before crossing with the Eurotunnel. Quiet and confortable rooms, great buffet breakfast and dog accepted for a supplement.
The doors are slightly noisy when closing, but didn't disturb us.

Location to LeShuttle only 6min drive. Exceptional value for money. The staff are so friendly

Beds super comfy, staff lovely and very helpful. Let us store our bikes securely. Breakfast very nice. Very good location for hypermarket and channel tunnel etc. About 1 mile walk from Calais for evening meal.
Nothing comes to mind. Maybe a few more tea and coffee making facilities (extra milk). Couldn't find the wifi information but I didn't really look that hard or ask the staff so that's on me.

The staff were lovely. Dinner was good and very good value for money as was the wine. It was easy with the dog too as although the hotel is on a main road there are wide grass verges where I could walk the dog.
I think there had been a run on breakfast before we went down so there was a wait for bread, croissants etc but the waitress was doing all she could as it was all replaced as soon as it was ready.

was last minute budget buy - but great location right near the eurotunnel terminal, very helpful staff, excellent food at the bar and nice and comfy.

It was cold - found the heater and realised it was switched off. Tiny thimble-sized throwaway cups instead of reusable made having a cuppa challenging.
