Staff didn't care. I booked a Luxury Delux Villa with one double bed months in advance for our honeymoon. When we arrived, they informed us that they only had rooms with two single beds and that they could move us into a room with one bed the next day. So they next day we had to pack up our suitcases, check out at 11, then store our bags and wait around until the room was ready. Then when the room was ready, they put us in a dumpy corner of the resort.....our room was definitely not one of the Luxury Delux Vilas we paid for. The air-conditioner leaked water, the shower drain backed up, and the room was just run down. It was pointless to complain, as the staff don't really care. I paid quite a bit of money to stay here, a came a long way from Canada only to be given the run around. There are nicer resorts on Phi Phi with staff that have more class than the people at Phi Phi villas. Spend your money and your time elsewhere.

Great location. Although bit of a walk from town, there is a quiet little beach directly out the front with deck chairs that was very tranquil. Room was bigger than in the pictures and the cleaning staff were very quick at servicing the room.

Breakfast buffet was OK but needed a few more vegetarian/vegan options.

Location is great. Beachfront and walking distance from restaurants and bars. Nice swimming pool and staff.

Breakfast was average not many options. If you're staying for a couple of nights should be alright. However be prepared to boil yourself in there. No air con, not enough ventilation, it can get really hot.

I think the pool was great, location wasn’t necessary close to the centre of the town, but that is fine.

The room itself is clean, but has a bathroom which is connected to the outside which makes it extremely hot and easy for animals (in my case a small lizard) and mosquitoes to get into the room. The AC only had 1 mode which the remote should be able to change, but even if you wanted to turn down the fanspeed, it did not go down. So I slept at night with earplugs in, just to be able to fall asleep. Even then, I could mostly still hear the AC running. The breakfast is *not* worth it.

Quiet, remote area away from the crowds. Bungalows are spacious and comfortable. AC was strong enough for summer, too. Breakfast variety was really good and in a beautiful spot with the sea view. Great quality stay, perfect for a few days.

It’s nice to be a bit further away from the crowds, but the road from downtown at night is not well lit, so walking alone might feel a bit sketchy.

The price is so expensive for one night (60€) , room is very normal…and with more reason when the staff service it leaves much to be desired…The hotel is 15 min walking from the Phi Phi Pier.

Quiet place, good breakfast and restaurant. Good swimming pool. Take the private tour around the islands!

Only deluxe bungalow is a bit tired and mattress is hard. Thin walls. Probably the stand alone villa is better and larger. The rest is really good.

Good location, the view from the pool side to the sea is awsome.

Room is a little bit small. A bathrooms are connected the other bathrooms from outside of the buildings, so in the morning hours we have to listen the neighbours morning "routines". 🙂 Not enough wallplugs in the rooms. Otherwise clean and nice.

staff was very rude, since you check in, until check out. breakfast staff was not good attending guests. chairs at the beach used by outsiders and no one regulated it. they told us they could help us bring our luggage but no one was there to help (at the pier). House keeping was done very late in the day.

I wanted a quiet hotel, and this met the expectation! A bit of a walk from the pier, but the privacy and beautiful landscaping are well worth the extra walk. I stayed for 3 nights and added an extra, as I was enjoying my stay. Though I did not request room service, I was brought more water and toilet paper every day. Aircon and WiFi worked very well! The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of pillow types to choose from. Bonus— The gym has a ping pong table.

The breakfast wasn’t my favorite, but it wasn’t bad. Biggest problem was the minimal seating next to the pool. Not a fault of the staff or location, but other patrons would rudely put towels down on the minimal chairs but then leave and not even attend the pool, making it impossible for anyone else to sit down.

The worst part of this hotel was the staff, the woman at the reception is very rude. Two months ago we booked three rooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, but when we arrived, three rooms were double beds, Her response was that they did not have any more beds, so they would return our money and we would leave, we had to look for a room at 3:00 pm when most of the hotels were full, we had to call the police to help us since all she wanted was for us to leave, finally they put a bunk bed next to the bed and all for the same price which is not fair. Additionally, my bathroom was not very clean.

Breakfast was great. Location to both beaches and town were great too.

The double room was a bit old and dark. The dirty road to come to the hotel.

The location was on a nice quiet part of the island beach side so that was great.

The receptionist told us there was room service but no one answered the number fr room service n then when we called the reception to enquire about this they said there was no room service ? The restaurant at the hotel had average food n not a lot of variety. They also only provide 2 small plastic water bottles per day which was not adequate at all.
