O café da manhã é bom!

Os quartos são muito pequenos, não ficam 100% limpos e também os funcionários são muito rígidos com as regras. Meu namorado quebrou o pé durante a viagem e eu pedi para levar o café no quarto para ele, foi uma burocracia muito grande.

駅が前で自分が行きたいところに行く事ができた。 ロビーはとてもいい香りがしてリラックスできた。 スタッフの方も笑顔で優しく接してくださりうれしかったです。

自分が好きではない匂いなので枕カバーの匂いが気になりました。 それ以外は満足です！

The train station is opposite the hotel. Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood so not much shops and restaurants around. Convenience store is just a few steps away from the hotel. The 4 single beds in one room was a bit cramp but we manage to get by. Had a good sleep, no noise.

There was bed bugs crawling in our bed on the first night. We were all in shock, it was very disgusting. We requested to change room and all was good for the next 5 days. Thank you to the staff. Also bed was a bit hard to sleep on.

I liked how it was close to a convenience store and the train station.

The toilet seat was dirty when we arrived inside the room.

A good sized room (for Tokyo), and it felt clean and comfortable. Very close to Hanzomon station.

Next time I would stay near a subway station that has better connections/more lines than Hanzomon. The surrounding area was quiet but lacking in shops and restaurants (there were some convenience stores nearby though). The shower head positioning was difficult to get right - in the top attachment the water stream was going over my head, the lower attachment the water was at stomach level.

The hotel is super-close to Hanzomon Station and the Hanzomon Line is convenient to get to popular areas like Shibuya, Omotesando etc. It’s a quiet neighbourhood which is perfect for resting. Room cleansing is excellent with daily change of towels and replenishment of drinking water.

The room size tends to be small for the 3-bed corner room.

Замечательное расположение в минутной близости от сиреневой ветки метро и 10 минутах ходьбы от Императорского парка. От Токио Стейшн 12 минут на такси. Рядом много кафе, круглосуточные магазинчики, где можно купить вкусный кофе и еду.

Esattamente di fronte alla fermata delle metro, quindi posizione comodissima.

Il letto matrimoniale troppo piccolo per due, mi sono svegliata sempre con il mal di schiena. La colazione un furto!

皇居も近く、安全でロケーションが良かったです。

The breakfast provided was one of the best I have ever enjoyed. The variety and the perfection of how they were cooked were excellent.

Laundry was a great to have there. It would be better managed/operated for guest ease. There were guests who will keep there clothes in dryer for whole day and no one know which room it belongs to.

外の空気を全く取り込めないのはきつい。 東京だから仕方ないとは思うが、値段の割に狭い。 壁もドアも薄く、外からの中国人の声がうるさかった。

Equipment are old (especially the hair dryer), only one pair of slipper each person which is paper made, not suitable for bath use.

The breakfast at the Hotel Monterey is absolutely amazing, there is huge selection available that's frequently being refreshed. The staff are also absolutely wonderful and incredibly friendly. It is well located right next to the Hanzomon station which makes getting around the city by the metro system incredibly easy.

We stayed on two separate occasions during this trip, as we were popping up to Tsukuba to see family and also over to Kyoto for a bit. Our first room was absolutely fantastic, it was a good size with a lot of space around the best on both sides and felt well maintained. The second room however was not as good, it felt much smaller despite us paying the same cost, the bed was pushed up against the wall and a small block between the head of the bed and the wall was covered in dust and didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while. We also found someone else's litter under our bed and it looked like some of the insulation from the bathroom unit was coming out in the corners. This second room was just a bit more tired and run down looking, through the staff did make it very clear to us when we first arrived that they are looking to update the hotel a bit in the future so I imagine it's rooms like this one that might be getting more attention.

Perfect location with a public transit entrance just across the street! Quiet area with food within walking distance. The room is small but a great value for the area.
