Location and the view from hotel

Breakfast times was very busy and quality was not too great- breads and croissants were hard. Beds were not the =most comfortable.

The location is good

The rooms were like an old 80s New York hotel- it OSS in desperate need of renovation. The staff were surly and not particularly helpful…I had several pre-arrival requests through this app unanswered, a denial that Kyubey was located in the building (apparently it’s a tenant so they can’t help with bookings…) and it took 30 mins to check in at midnight because the guest services person needed help with their computer system.

Great location with great choice of buffet restaurants for breakfast.

No more shuttle bus to go to SHINJUKU station from the hotel.

Club lounge access, food and beverage. Nice place to relax and wind down. Friendly and helpful staff with good communication skills in English. Great view!

Hotel shops seem outdated. Lobby looks like it needs a facelift but it is ok.

Location was great, though I would NOT say it´s conducive if you wish to be close to Shinjuku station. It will be a good 10min walk with lots of street crossing. I find the location great for families with small kids as the Shinjuku Chuo park is nearby, there are many restaurant options both inside and outside the hotel. Rooms are clean, supplies are complete, rooms are renovated. Easy to get taxis, uber etc. Airport express buses stop in the hotel. They have a good Roof top bar, the Aurora that serves really good Espresso Martini (probably the reason I would check in again here).

STAFF & SERVICE - We travelled from Osaka where hotel and restaurant staff are so warm, good in english, would go above and beyond your needs, so I can´t help but compare the stark contrast. In Keio hotel, staff are a little cold, their english is terrible and half the staff are not Japanese anymore so the touch of Japanese service, attention to detail and jolly attitude, I did not feel anymore. FACILITIES - They don´t have a hotel spa considering it´s a big hotel. Not enough seats for guests who are waiting to check in.

交通稍微不方便一些，不過因此也較為幽靜，瑕不掩瑜。

The most outstanding feature was the service received at check in.

The only thing that seemed unusual was the lack of guest seating in the lobby.

The rooms are big we had a twin room , the hotel is huge , central to all your needs

It’s frustrating that you need to make a reservation prior to 24 hours to the Club Lounge for the breakfast.. very strange..

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 도에이선의 도초마에역과도 매우 가깝고, 신주쿠역도 걸어서 가기 멀지 않습니다. 도쿄도청이 바로 앞에 있는데 야간에 하는 Tokyo Night & Light도 잠시 걸어다녀오면 쉽게 구경할 수 있습니다. 아이와 디즈니랜드나 해리포터스튜디오 가시는 분들은 교통도 편리합니다. 디즈니랜드는 호텔에서 운영하는 셔틀버스가 있고, 해리포터스튜디오는 도에이선 한 번 타면 갈 수 있습니다. 조식식사도 훌륭했습니다.

Location was very good, it was near Shinjuku Station, very convenient if you are planning to use the trains for traveling around.

There is a sushi place in the hotel, we asked if we have to make a reservation, they said that there is no need, but when we came to the restaurant next day, they said that we need to make a reservation and we could not enter to the restaurant. it was disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean

The shower room was terrible. Looked like it was in renovated within the last 30 years. It was clean, but you can definitely see the age on it. The Bath itself was small and had a curtain, which is something that I only saw in very cheap hotels in the past and definitely not something that wasn’t any of the rest five hotels with been in in Japan.

Close to transportation and rooms were nice and accommodated 3 people well. Good breakfast buffet as well.

Accueil parfait, depuis le Check in jusqu’au club lounge où nous avons patienter en attendant notre chambre qui n’était pas prête. Le lounge est au 45eme étage, vue superbe, personnel extrêmement serviable. L’heure de l’apéritif au lounge est également très agréable, notamment grâce au vidéo mapping qui se déroule en face de l’hôtel à 19h. Chambre quadruple très bien, literie parfaite, installations et douche superbes.

Only 4 washing machine for large hotel. Not enough for the number of rooms and were inefficient and no ice machine on every floor.

The internet was slow

We paid the extra for the Grand Premier and thought it was well worth the extra. The view, the extra space in the room and the private lounge area made our stay much better. Plus the new friends you can make in the lounge. The staff in all the areas were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We found all the facilities very good. We would have liked an earlier entry than the 3pm. They did accommodate us and gave us a room at 1pm, which we really appreciated as we arrived at 7.20am on a cold morning.

location is 450 m from Shinjuku station through underground walk way. We found out later closer walk not through walkway.

Wir waren zum Marathon da, super Lage ! Genau beim Start. Die Anbindung an die Metro perfekt Viele günstige Lokale in direkter Umgebung Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Von unserem Zimmer war sogar der Fuji zu sehen !

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, allerdings ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis könnte man etwas mehr erwarten. Aber das ist auch die einzige Kritik !

Location was further from transit than originally thought. Bar and restaurant closes early, room was a little worn for the price.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff has a great level of experience and professionalism in dealing with large numbers of customers. A hotel worth visiting again.

本館のバスルームが和式で洗い場付きで驚きました。慣れると嬉しい。 アメニティグッズと無料のお水とポットやお茶コーヒーなど大変良かった。 荷物の重量計りを貸してくれた。

ティッシュが使いづらかった。 バスローブがデカすぎた…かけるフックが無い。 お風呂の水捌けが悪かった。 ベルキャプテンは電話応答無し、何時もレセプションを通して依頼した。 四年ぶりの滞在でしたがチェックインやベルの方々の雰囲気が少し変わった気がしました。 残念ながら雑になったきがしました。

Premier Grand 舒適安靜 45/F Lounge亦非常方便和優雅

原本房間應該有兩包助酒花生 但當天我們check in後只有一包 但沒有檢查原本應有數量 之後被告知要收費 實感無奈 我們亦覺得無謂解釋 400Yen而已 希望你們整理房間時好好檢查好數量 而不是每次客人入住時都要檢查數量 如果要這樣的話 我寧願你們不要再放任何小食 另外Lounge飲品都可以隨意飲用 為何雪櫃不是免費？ 有分別嗎？
